I was addressing Voix, and she knows who I’m talking about.

However, what I'm getting at is Readiness bespeaks discernment. ie The Ready can identify readiness in others and proceed accordingly, and also determine to what degree a "hurtful" statement is useful or simply a product of the speaker's own issues.

ofc all this requires much practice and usually careful guidance.

No. ... You are describing someone who is spiritually aware or/and emotionally intelligent. ... Being ready is not the same as either of those - and nor are either of them required in order to be ready.

The ready are simply those whom are consciously striving to identify and work on the natally-charted lessons of their current lifetime.

For example, I am "not yet ready" to learn from my disagreement with the Moderator actions of Randall and Kannon ... because my frustration/anger prevents me from reviewing the events objectively - and objectivity is an essential part of consciously striving to identify and work on the natally-charted lessons of their current lifetime.

The member who left when I reminded them of the rules was Secretgeek. I still don't really know how it escalated so severely, he claimed he thought I was attacking him because he was a man as if violating the rules is not enough to attract a moderator. I guess it doesn't happen often in GU because of the relaxed rules, but rightly or wrongly I felt he had crossed a line even with rules relaxed. I explained my position, but it didn't seem to help.

If the parent/mentor is only at level 2 of the "expressing anger" behavioural trait, he/she would perceive level 3, 5, 7, etc. to be level 1 behaviour - and he/she would not know how to guide the child beyond level 2. ... Thus, "the sins of the parents/mentors/mods/authorities are visited upon their children/proteges/members/society".
_________________________________________________________________

What’d be stage 7 of the (sharing) behavioural trait?

1 = I will not share my toys ... 3 = I will share my toys, but need to express my negative feelings about society requiring me to do so ... 5 = I will share my toys and not openly express my feelings about doing so (because it makes others uncomfortable), but I resent society requiring me to do so. ... 6 = I realise that resentment is harmful to my physical and psychological health, so I let go of it (for MY sake rather than because society requires me to do so).

At level 7, the cycle begins again but relates to the sharing of group resources. ... level 1 = "to compete my group-task, I need 5 of the 7 units available, and do not care that the others need 3 units to complete their group-tasks". http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum25/HTML/005620-2.html

_________________________________________________________________

Level 7 is also the point at which we express the emotions/resentment which we are no longer actually experiencing (having let go of them at level 6), in order to make others aware of the part they have played in our manifesting of them. ... 8 = choosing to not express those emotions/resentment (because it makes others uncomfortable).

I noticed on the astrology 2 board today that Kannon McAfee is now a knowflake rather than a moderator there.

Has he resigned?

Graham, there was a post on page 1 of this thread, saying that he wasn't a mod anymore, just like Voix.

Noticed that AG of SP is a mod.

Hadn't 'seen' that before. Has he been one all along?
(Guess I missed it because I don't hang with that clique of friends. Maybe I've only noticed it because of news of what's going on there.)

Kannon asked to be removed as Mod a while ago. It wasn't over any controversy.

I have not been able to find that page 1 post on Kannon, mirage ... but see that Randall has now confirmed it.

AG is indeed a mod, but (Ithink) only on the Spider Line board.

Thanks, Randall.

Voix is still listed as a mod on the sweet peas board, but shown as a knowflake in her posts.

So GU2.0 is essentially UNmoderated?
