I do not dispute any of what you write in the above quote about Randall. However, a far right mindset is more about engaging in "groupthink" than the actual views which one holds. ... When a person is no longer questioning the validity of the views he/she holds and/or no longer mindfully confirming the validity of any sources which are influencing those views, he/she is functioning with a far right mindset. Exactly. As you stated, “in my opinion.” Therefore, your statement is not factual. Your entire premise is flawed. Fixed thinking is neither far right nor far left. I’m the antithesis to group thinking. All those maskers you see are the group thinkers. I have never worn a mask. As those who are my friends on Facebook can readily attest to, I am quite individualistic in my beliefs. And you do not know what I consider or don’t consider with regard to my thinking. In fact, you only know about me what I allow you to know about me. You presume much, yet you intuit very little that is grounded in reality with regard to my thinking processes. While there is certainly a lot I don’t know, and I am always learning new information (including knowledge that challenges my world schema), there is very little that goes above my head. For you to make such an assertion just reflects what a pompous @ss you truly are. However, that is a reflection on you, not me. Now, if pompous @ss is what you were aiming for, mission accomplished. If it wasn’t, then you might want to learn to present yourself differently with your style of communication. Please, refrain from providing me any of your unsolicited advice in the future, for I place no value on it. Kindly direct it toward those who may. Thank you. If you can contribute to the topic of this thread, do so. Fauci is the leader of the group thinkers. The mindless sheep are everywhere. But more are being awakened every day. And seeing that happen is an amazing thing.
