Because of Ami Anne's suggestion, I bought the book, Cure By Crying.How To Cure Your Own Depression, Nervousness, Headaches, Violent Temper, Insomnia, Marital Problems, Addictions, etc. by Uncovering Your Repressed Memories I am reading the introduction of this book, and so far... seems interesting. I have not yet practiced anything, yet. But, I intend to use this thread to update on this book, and see where it goes. Think of me as a guinea pig  IP: Logged |

I must say that the introduction of this book was gut-wrenching... Thomas A. Stone's abandonment from his mother, and then sexual molestation... very sad.IP: Logged |

Ok, so inside of this book, it suggests using movies as means to encourage tears...I am going to start a collection of movies and scenes here that make me cry... Top one is: Steel Magnolias, The Funeral Scenes

Eeh, my Cancer stellium already encourages crying enough as is. I cried to the movie "Mars Needs Moms" last night at the movie theatre with my son, but atleast the 3D glasses hid my eyes  But good luck with book, let me know how it goes  IP: Logged |
