Sorry my post offended you also.
I often post a definition before or along with my own words.
Again;
sorry my simple post offended you and him.
He still had no right to go at me like he has.
And since you hated/were also oddly offended at my reply;
why didn't you tell Randall;
then I would have deleted it if that was what Randall advised.
I have chastised you too;
is that the real problem?

i wasnt offended, nor do i have a problem with you. i was just saying he was right by saying thats not what i meant.

Good.
However it was not his place to go at me repeatedly.
Also I wanted to post in the newly re-opened Sweet Peas;
so made that quick reply.
It was not meant to offend.
I figured you knew the definition.
I posted it to maybe help others spiral off into more meanings,
including myself.
I was going to do so, but was too tired to spiral on it at that time.

You have not acted reasonable;
hence even Randall has had to warn you multiple times.
As to your obscene note;
thank you for changing it without being told.
And I cannot help it if you hate me for doing my moderator job.
Just behave yourself and you will not need chastised.
Also your going at me simply because you did not like my posting a dictionary definition;
well THAT was indeed trying to start a fight with me for no reason whatsoever and taking this thread off topic.
And you hate me for moving your threads to the appropriate forums;
just as I do to anyone, other than a fellow moderator.
I am not treating you any differently than I would anyone misbehaving here.
You do know the rules;
yet you try to sneak around them.
You do know how to write properly but you vacillate betwixt sounding intelligent and drunk/stoned.
Why????????????????

Funny thing is;
despite your giving me grief and hating me
I actually do like you
when you are behaving
and not trying to act stupid/stoned/drunk or crude.
That behaving guy is the cool guy I'd like to see more of here.

i think i know the profile you speak of. i actually copied it from a mod impersonating me under the guise of another name lol!

yet the reasons for closing it based on previous actions when there was no error in the post, where it was placed, how it was delivered is in itself UNREASONABLE but i can let it go because i do not hate you for real like i have often said. and lexxigramer!

Is it a moderator here?
And why did you do that?
You do not need to answer;
but I find that a strange thing to do.

I moved it to the right forum.
Closing it was a more complex reason,(not due to emotion btw) and I did reopen it.

This is my personal definition of shallowness.. probably entirely disjointed and disconnected from the dictionary definition:

When people define themselves through their sex/gender or nationality or being part of a group & they separate themselves from others... seemingly losing sight of the fact that - we are all first and foremost *human* (and that this connects us)...... this is something I personally find shallow.
It's something I can't deal with.

I have a feeling it's my prominent Jupiter in Pisces... because often the opposite sign - Virgo.. is all about discriminating, analysing, placing things in their correct boxes and so on.

I understand that it may be necessary to *divide* things/people/animals/situations to better understand them. Most areas of study do this - e.g. psychology.
But when you divide, your shouldn't lose sight of the innate unity in everything. Losing sight of this - seems like one of the most shallow things imo

Lexx - I also like reading dictionary definitions. Sometimes what I find is entirely surprising to me.

There's nothing wrong with being attracted to those who are considered attractive, that's just how it is. However, shallowness is overlooking problematic traits and upholding something like beauty as the most absolute important thing, even if the person has a stank attitude, criminal behavior, just ugly inside. I guess this is kind of an elementary way to see it but oh well...

Your description does fit the dictionary definitions fairy well.
