Sorry but going to segue from the topic
in this post.
Then I will leave you all be unless there is any LL rule breaking.
I did post a serious reply but only got razzed for part and totally ignored for the rest.

My non LL language is more often than not;
quite spiced up with profanity.
I have simply observed;
(here at LL when I must wear my moderator hat)
that peregrine/sand sort of behaved/behaves himself when his language
is OK.
However;
once he drops into slang, profanity, and such;
then he goes full tilt into breaking the rules of LL soon after.
I do not hate him.
He reminds me of a great fun guy I used to party big time with.
However when that guy showed up at work on a very dangerous job;
even though my good friend, party buddy;
I HAD TO SEND HIM HOME;
and write him up.
I had nothing against him personally but being stoned at work was a big no.

Addressing almost personal slights aside,
I do not dislike him either.
However he often uses slang and misspelling when trying to hide his rule breaking;
that is my main issue with it.
Also it must be very confusing to people whose first language is not English;
or even folks not up on urban slang, to know what he is saying often.
Easy going is one thing;
but rude and crude and at times insulting; is not simply "easy going".

This has nothing to do with age gaps or whether he is a sweet good guy or not.
This has to do with a bad reputation he has so far at LL because of all his rule breaking.
I am not picking on him.
Nor is anyone else who trys to enforce the rules of LL.
You T even were seen to and seem to still encourage his LL rule breaking
so you are just as guilty. 
He knows you love his rule breaking:

ah wait andrew will put on his thinking cap on. there. the reason i did not take offense with your post is because i thought it was a valid and rational argument. the fact that i act like a teen yet dislike it is indeed a sign of hypocrisy. you were calling me out on perceived actions. so i understood perfectly where you were coming from. slang is very much hard to analyze especially online. there is leetspeak. this is the internet and if i so chose to speak in l33t then it should not be a problem because it was born of the internet. an example of slang. also one may not be aware of slang. i have called a boner a boner for the longest time. or a hard on. i have rarely called it an erection. slang takes awareness something rather tedious to police. i speak with many who i need to use urban dictionary with. just recently i was called knobby. i have yet to look into that lol!

true and i do not wish people to "gang up" on lexx either. lexx actually reminds me of my high school moderating teacher... he taught filipino. i am rather good in my native tongue. most days i would question his analysis on literature because i noticed he learned only what the words mean from what was generally known to be the interpretation. so i could just throw him a hardball question and he would grasp for answers. i did not know the answer myself but the inquiry threw him off so much and lesson plans needed to be followed. during this time i was also class president. leo moon and mini hitler that i was back then. only 4 people didn't vote for me. 1 my opponent. 2 gay guys i was douchey to. and an insignificant fellow that always sneered at my jokes behind my back. one of my "minions" told me this and i would bait him constantly with cheesy jokes and quickly shoot a scorpio stare his way. it was hilarious when he would drop the sneer immediately coz i was probably 1/3 bigger than him. (people are small here.) anyway my moderator and i battled it out the whole year. he called me beautiful man the whole year lulz but it sounds more patronizing in my native tongue which was what he used. i did make a promise to myself to set myself straight the next year and naturally when elections came along i was once again re-elected as president. the gay people that i was kinda mean to. (i dry humped them from behind lol)they liked me eventually and it was me kinda running away from them later on in 3rd and 4th year when they came out so only 1 sneery fellow disliked me. my opponent was my soccer teammate. i looked up to him as a player. much better skills than me. the day i won i spent the whole day in class inking my last name on my biceps so i could flex them infront of the class jajaja! (which i did later on in the day.) my moderator quit eventually when evaluations were nearing so nobody would stand up to anyone that needed it against failing grades and poor deportment which i felt was his big drama. he also said and everyone remembers this that "this class is going to the dogs!" it didn't and i set my self straight got into business school and graduated with honors. what i did in college allowed me independence from most corporate environments to this day. which is why people seem to wonder if i have a job and just seem to drink or get stoned. i don't really have a point but i thought we had already made peace. you never told me it was spelling wrong that bothered you before. or i didn't really give a **** because i am not breaking any rules anyway. so if you close my threads it seems highly irrational to me when you do so and i once again question your decision making skills especially if you made one just like the thread you closed except for men! like w-t-f (wtf is acronym for what the **** ) i am confused about your reasoning for closing that one but i said nothing about it because... well you go on and on about being disabled and i don't want to hassle you further. that is the truth and that is why i don't point out to you each and every fallacy you commit. but you keep making irrational decisions and emotional outbursts. even when u closed my other thread in PR and said u had various reasons for doing so. that should not be. there is such a thing called transparency and accountability something individuals in actual positions of responsibility are held up to.

I don't "love his rule breaking". I never even looked at it that way, even if that's what he was doing. I think he was just being himself. I don't see him as purposely trying to break rules. As far as I knew he changed his username or had two for awhle, but only used one, and so did some other people. Sometimes he says something that breaks the rules, but recently those rules were layed down again and I don't think he's doing it anymore?  I don't notice him constantly breaking rules... Him wanting to hide in my arms from the strife was him being silly and i knew that. I don't see what's so bad about that, or how that is me encouraging bad behavior because I said yeah sure. That was not code for: "Yes, keep breaking rules." Because I don't think he does. Maybe before when they were not so strictly enforced, but I don't recall him constantly breaking them, or at least not purposely. I think there are a few things going on here and it is giving you the wrong impression of him (and me, too, i guess). I don't know. I really don't get some people here. Have a nice day folks. Don't bother addressing me anymore here or about this subject. It's weirding me out.

Thread still glitching.Closing this thread because some of my posts and at least one by T and possibly others have vanished.
No one is picking on you peregrine.
Feel free to start a new thread on same subject.
If Randall wants to reopen this thread he will do so.
I was instructed to close glitching threads when they do not stabilized.
It has been some 3 hours and more posts vanished during that time.
