Hmmm wow sorry T, a lot of those informative articles and links went to waste.

No is saying you have to buy an addict drugs and invite them into your home, you can be there for them and help them recover from their disease.
If they choose not to recover than that's their choice. unless an addict is suicidal, they will eventually come around.

I don't see the point in abandoning another human being because their inadequacy ... Unless you have some kinda of grudge against that person.

Of course you will have some kind of grudge if they are stealing from you or basically just bringing a wrecking ball into your life. It's natural to resent that.

The victims of addicts do deserve compassion.

I think there's enough compassion to go around, we can say that we want the addictions to be healed, and we ALSO want the people affected by addicts to have peace and healing.

Kero, I thought something similar. LOL and so it goes. Always love what you have to say, even if i dont speak up. x

Faith, I always love everything you say too. I"m afraid to reiterate or get into it, because usually that just gets me into hot water these days. I'm one of the 'bad guys' now. lol ;P

SE, HA! Well, maybe you can learn much from your mum. Either way, always love what you have to say too. Especially wise words from someone so young.

Thanks.

T, you're not a bad guy, I think there was just some weird misunderstanding blown out of proportion.

But anyone who's been around knows that you are amazing, very kind, honest, and wise, and we're not going to hold an argument or two against you. (At least, I certainly won't! Because then I'd be a total hypocrite, for one thing! )

I'm just glad you're still here!
