LOL Right?
The worst thing about law school is the lack of variety in assessment. For just about every subject, you get a research essay (or case analysis paper) which is 20-30% of the overall mark - and a final exam which is 70-80%. And then you have the odd *extra* horrible subject with something like an 100% (closed book) exam.
I would bet my life that your assessment was exactly like this regardless of where you studied law in this world!
It's always exactly the same :/

Honestly - Many people would find law school interesting if it wasn't for the way in which the courses are structured and the almost wholly exam-based assessment.
If you took on a full-time load (four subjects per semester) it would probably drive you up a wall. This is much worse than having a full time job.

But, part-time, knowing you and knowing your chart - I think you might actually like it!

Nah, Odette

It does not spark me at all. I never thought I would find my passion. I was jealous of people who found theirs. I was jealous when people said they loved their work so much that they would work for free. I have that now. I love Astrology so much. It, always, fascinates me. It, always, humbles me. It allows me to give to others and others give back to me. It allows me to feel I make a difference in the lives of others and this is a true happiness for me

No, an earlier one that took place at Harvard, Florence. It is a classic. I think Ryan O'Neil was in it.

That's really awesome Ami!

I think I'm hijacking Randall's law school diary thread

Sorry Randall!

I don't mean to rain on your parade by the way.
On the bright side, every second person I met in law school had either a Capricorn Sun or Capricorn Mars.
I think having Capricorn placements definitely helps, because it's important to be able to get organised and to be psychologically resilient.
I'm sure you'll have awesome results!

My only word of advice would be - not to take on more subjects than you can comfortably handle (mainly if you are also working and have other problems and responsibilities). It's more important to have the best marks possible, than to do this full time. That was my conclusion anyway

Well, Odette, Randall seems to be born to be a lawyer and he found his passion. I know he will be an amazing one and we can see all the ins and outs in this thread.

I had a few Law subjects and it was also enough for me. It's fascinating but also a lot of hard work. You need to really assimilate the principles properly.
Jurists have my utmost respect :-)

This thread reminds me of my love for education/study, and my hatred for exams.
