I think that most synastries show a mix of love and lust aspects.
That is why I am trying to distinguish between

1) the asteroids pertaining to lust and those to love

2) the aspects of each person

I also think that probably the greatest attraction will come from aspects that are connecting one love-object with one lust- object.

PLUS (and that might even be more important)

Love / Lust markers
aspecting

planets/ points that are respresentative of you as a person, namely
Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars, ASC, chartruler

I was pretty surprised to randomly (well, rather randomly) pick these synastries and find an Eros-Valentine aspect in each of them.
Seems we are really drawn to patterns.

your observation about the similiarity of the aspects actually made me check if some aspects are showing up more than once.

In all three synastries:

Eros / Valentine
A:my Eros trine his Valentine
B: my Eros sextile his Valentine
C: my Eros sextile his Valentine and his Eros conjunct my Valentine

Eros / Lust
A: his Eros square my Lust
B: his Lust conjunct my Eros
C: his Lust conjunct my Eros

in B and C only:

Lust / Destinn
B: his Lust conjunct my Destinn
C: his Lust conjunct my Destinn

Lust / Vertex
B: his Lust conjunct my Vertex
C: his Lust conjunct my Vertex

Aphrodite / Juno
B: his Juno sextile my Aphrodite
C: his Juno trine my Aphrodite

now THAT is interesting.

Let`s see what positions are triggered in me:

my Eros on 21 Cancer
my Vertex on 21 Cancer
my Destinn on 23 Cancer
(my Valentine on 27 Scorpio)

As I said the listing was not structured enough to find a pattern, especially since I kept some things in secret.

Like the fact that in synastry A:
my Sun and Mercury are conjunct his Sun, Moon and MC
(Mercury rules my DESC, and Moon rules his 5th house).
his 7th and 4th house ruler are conjunct my ASC, NN, Mars and 4th house ruler, too.

or in synastry B:
his Jupiter conjuncts my Venus
his Sun trines my Neptune, and his Neptune conjuncts my Sun
his NN conjuncts my DESC

or in synastry C:
his Mars conjuncts my Sun and Mercury
A dw conjunction of Mars-Mercury.

Actually A and C both have Mercury on 9 Sagittarius, which falls onto my Stellium of Mars/ASC/Angel/Lust/Atlantis/Neptune/NN

And B has Mercury on 8 Virgo, squaring said stellium, but at the same time conjunct Hekate and Lilith on 8 and 6 Virgo, and trine Venus on 6 Cap.

It doesn`t get any easier, does it? lol

EDIT:
Hmm, seems there could be another pattern with Jupiter:

A:
his Mars/Jupiter conjunction on 10-11 Virgo, which widely trines my Venus on 6 Cap.
(squares ASC on 7 Sag, too)

my Jupiter opposes his Mars nearly exactly

B:
his Jupiter conjuncts my Venus

C:
his Sun on 11 Leo very widely opposes my Moon on 17 Aquarius.
probably at 6 degree it is not even valid anymore, but the signbackground is still there

(donīt know the Moon sign on the last two though)
