Thanks for sharing your experience with me Acoustic.
I'll keep alot of those tips in mind, and I've realised that smoking with me was a comfort thing as well, I almost felt lost without being able to rely on them.
I've found chinese herbal tea helps alot. As tea is also a comfort thing.

Hi 26

Thankyou.
You know what? I feel naked without my smokes in my handbag...I feel insecure.
Strange feelings, it's almost like the ciggarette was a good friend.

I fell back, but I've done it AGAIN!

Third time lucky? You bet! Don't want to go back! It's been longer this time, and it also feels different this time, I don't feel like a smoker anymore...yeeh!

My chest infection prompted me, then I used affirmations and non-smoking consciousness, and now I don't even remember what it's like to have one! Oh yes, and I must give credit to Osho for the breathing techniques.

I must be honest and say I have smoked since then on and off. Sometimes I get deluded into thinking smoking is some kind of meditation for me since I don't smoke normally, during the day, with friends, none of that..just when I have a cup of tea and feeling very introspective. That's odd.
I don't smoke for weeks and months, even years, then one day? It happens. LOL

So I guess it's more of a ritual than a habit?
