This is my 3rd pregnancy thread. I did announce it in my other thread a few weeks ago. But I wanted to create a fresh one!

This time it wasn't conscious in the 'moment', like Angelica and Tahlea.
This boy, (I say boy because I am 99% sure)
It's too early to tell I think.
My cycle came back 2 months after birth...
We were 'careful' not to get pregnant, going by ovulation, normally I ovulated in the middle of my cycle like most people...well at least I thought that. I conceived 5 days before my period was due.
It was a surprise but also I felt like it was meant to happen in the sense that I felt this being so strong after Angelica was born. I felt pregnant again before I conceived, this has never happened to me before.
I'd often get Angelica out of her cot and feel like I'm meant to be attending to another baby! Yet there was no other baby. I also had a dream about a boy and a girl, close in age, similar in appearance. Which is why at one stage I thought I was having twins!

I'm going to try and get a risk assessment for a home birth' cos I am prone to hemorrhage and tearing. I'm waiting to hear back on my blood test for iron levels, it was 70 after the birth of Angelica, I actually was meant to get a transfusion but I denied having symptoms and tried to use spatone to get my levels up. But if it goes below that at any stage it looks like I will be monitored carefully.

Do you think I should have a steak? I'm considering it.
For medicinal purposes.

Sun child i did go through your first thread..since you say you are 99% sure it is boy this time.
I would like you to read the following and tell us.

Children are generally ruled by V house.
1st pregnancy is ruled by V house (to know if the baby is going to be male or female you should look at the sign on the cusp of V house)

Male signs (Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sag, Aqua) mean boys;

Female signs (Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorp, Cappy, Pisces) mean girls.

2nd pregnancy is ruled by VII house (if it is your second pregnancy then the baby's sex will depend upon the sign on VII house cusp)

3d pregnancy is ruled by IX house

4th pregnancy is ruled by XI house

5th pregnancy is ruled by I house

6th pregnancy is ruled by III house

and then you start with V house again.

I don't know if this house cusp sign thing works always but still seems interesting.

Did this work for you Sun child??

Im looking forward to your home birth experience...im considering the same when it is time for me..so that ill be ready to go!

I just ate a bloody juicy lamb chop , organic, free range and it's for medicinal purposes... I cleaned the bones and drank the juice off my plate... right now? I feel absolutely 1000% better.... I was lethargic all day. My blood test results are abnormal. Going to docs tomorrow. Bought lots of lamb.
I am a compassionate person toward animals, very much so, so I am not condoning it, but I would promote for those with anemia, I think its very important for medicinal purposes and if it happens to be a pregnancy craving. We must listen to our bodies first and foremost.

Thanks Rajji I will consider all this tonight and take a good look. Thanks!

A medium rare steak juicy red will do the trick. So will beef liver and onions fully cooked. You need extra iron and will feel an energy rush.

Haha!

Just eat with thanksgiving. Don't feel guilty. You are doing it for your wee one.

I share your compassion. People have learned to eat way too much meat and on top of it mistreat the animals. If all meat was range free, hormone free, and fed organic produce it would be a lot healthier for us. Also if people would eat more greens, we wouldn't have to try and multiply cows like rabbits.

For iron eat a lot of spinach. The great thing about spinach is you can eat it raw in a salad and get even more nutrients from it rather than cooking it. Kale might be high in iron but it's an acquired taste to eat raw. I think you might be better off eating liver than lamb actually it might be higher in iron.

I was born with an iron deficiency so my body has always craved more spinach and meat. My mom would always try to get me to eat liver when I had my period for the high iron but I never liked the taste.

Yes,eat WHATEVER your body craves. That is the wisdom of the body.
I used to love raw oysters.
I would eat them in the car outside the fish market

I think with each subsequent pregnancy, you need to respect your body's cravings even more cuz your body gets depleted with each pregnancy.
Whatever I would crave,I would get. It does not have to make sense to the mind

I was looking for this thread.... I was so sure I created a new one!

Thanks Juni

And, we are great thanks for asking. I'll have to come back and copy and paste a post I made on Angelica's thread.

ETA
Can't believe I'm already in the second trimester with this little bean.
I feel the little noob moving around already, how can that be, I'm only 13 weeks.

Ok official prediction = Boy.

This is an intuitive experiment this time, if I'm wrong, well that means I have to rethink a LOT of assumptions I make, if I'm right, *woot*.

~btw, I don't mind if it's a he or she. I just would like to be right sometimes.

I really would like a painless birth this time, but I'm not into drugs so I can't go there, but I really really want a painless birth, I'm TIRED of pain.

I'm meant to be having a home birth aren't I? I'm still weighing up risks (minor little complications with previous births that required immediate stitching).

May be getting 1 ultrasound end of may, I'll be 20 weeks (I have bypassed all other checks).

I crave so much food right now. I'm fat. Tubby, like proper fat person, you know, can't wear tiny shorts and a tshirt anymore. LOL

Umm, what else? I feel like a super mum now and I love my job.
Getting much better at it, totally awesome at putting them to sleep, discipline is pretty easy, I do not take sh!t, simple. But I am quite heavy with the Love and Kisses.
Babys don't need discipline, only patience and Love, I was referring to my 3y/o.

I recommend the book "KINGDOM OF CHILDHOOD" By Rudolf Steiner.

LC, sorry I didn't see that post earlier. I agree with the Meat thing. Loves my spinach! I have never been brave enough to eat an animal organ, I don't think I can do it. lol

Ami, totally eat what I crave. I had this weird craving for tartar sauce, green tea (lots of it), honey, lemons, goji berries, bananas.

Congrats Sunchild! I can't remember if I told you in the other thread or not.

Hey littlecloud did you ever try not wanting to get pregnant? It worked for me. When I was able to take care of a child, I wanted it bad and it never came. Then when 2011 started i wanted to be all about me and I didn't want to get pregnant for some years. Low and behold I got pregnant.

I still have mixed feelings. I want our child but sometimes I wish it didn't come yet because I stress every day about how to afford one now especially since the jobs are funny in my area. From my perspective, it is not the best time to have a kid right now in America unless you have long money from years of working hard. I sadly don't because I am only 21. But i'm sure God had a great plan when God decided to give me and my bf a child. I just wish I knew the plan so I could calm down lol. I think I am having a boy to but I won't know for a while. I will be 12 weeks on friday so I have a long way to go.

Sunchild, I just wanted to tell you that my daughter is pregnant again too! Her oldest just turned one in March. She is due on Nov. 17th, but she has to have a c-section, so it will be a couple days before that, when are you due???

(She is a water sun, and my grandson is also a water sun, and the new baby will be a scorpio. This gives me LOTS to laugh about. In the ha-ha revenge kind of way! )

I have popped so taking a lot more pics.

Mia, thanks!
Congrats', 12 weeks! Hormones are crazy in the first tri, it can make you feel all sorts of things normally not so amplified but- now you are entering the second, you might see a huge change, you will be more calm generally. Truly don't worry about anything, enjoy every magical moment.

Yay more awesome Babies, Congrat's Gypsee! I'm due in November, or I thought I was, but I think I'm due October 17 going by my own dates. Have not had an ultrasound yet, I'm 17 weeks today I think.

Every night I have dreams I feel movements, although I am feeling flutters now and then, not strong movements, but strong ones are in my dreams almost nightly. I get poked! Wake up, and realise it was just a dream lol

I had an overwhelming feelings yesterday that the birth is going to be the best ever again!

Each birth is getting better and better.

Starting small on my RRL tea, and will increase in the third tri, I don't believe in coincidences, so everything depends on this tea for a fast smooth delivery!
Oh yeah and those pelvic floor exercises.

*****

My boobs are huge right now, they have doubled in size and are tender. This has never happened before during pregnancy.

Have not had any prenatal checkups at all, only blood tests.
My first check up is in the end of May and ultrasound in June. We are going to find out the sex, we just have to know.

I'm measuring larger but I think that is normal for second or third pregnancies. I think.
