It just occurred to me that I never use it for physical healing, just for energy release as needed. Do you feel like posting more info about how to do it for physical ailments? I'm really curious now. My method is really haphazard (but it works for built-up negative energy when I need to release it). I would love to know more about the physical healing aspects of it! What do you use for the notes? A lot of the time, when I'm releasing energy, I just sing out loud for myself, and just go by what feels right. I'm not sure about which notes correspond to which planets. I also don't have a bowl or anything, but I like the Chakra Sounds meditations on YouTube, too. IP: Logged |
