Does anyone use Sound and Frequency as a path to better health and wholeness?I do this as a weekly ritual, well I used to until I started spending all my time on LindaLand, ha. (I do Healing, and if anyone is in need of that, all they have to do is ask. Also, if you have Planetary Transits in need of balancing out, just state Planet or Sign.
I do the Treatment on Sun Day Noonish. Pacific. Just make yourself receptive.) Do you find Music uplifting, as a source of Wholeness that transcends the normal boundaries of Space and Time? I do, hehe. IP: Logged |

I listen to the Osho chakra sounds a lot (well, when I need to), and my therapist/energy healer uses sound and a Tibetan singing bowl during our sessions. I do it sometimes myself when I feel like I need to release energy. Sometimes Tom Kenyon as well, as I've had a couple of energy healers who really liked him.But yeah, I find it very, very helpful. Yes, that's what I try to do.
I sort of just wing it, though. Whatever I *feel* I need, that's what I do. I didn't know that you do healing!
I might have to get my nerve up to ask sometime...

Oh, sure. There's plenty to choose from in my bucket of issues, but nerves are probably at the top of the list. Anytime, and not a problem.I do two basic balances before I start, one being a Chakra Balance. Then I proceed with the exercise. If you were having headaches, it would be an Aries thing. If it was Spine, Leo. Like that. IP: Logged |

Well I'm Gemini prominent so I have a lot of issues with anxiety and depression. Also have moon square Saturn. Transit neptune has been conjuncting my Pisces MC for a good year now...ugh.. And I'm currently going through a moon square neptune transit as well. I don't know which chakra that deals with but could sure use some healing for that..what do you think? IP: Logged |

I also have issues with anxiety. I only just recently read that having Mercury in 6th can cause a lot of nervous tension, and it's also opposite my AC.I have no idea, Ellyn.
I think I'll leave it up to you to decide which chakra/planet to work on, based on what you know about me and how I've been feeling lately.
