I need to write micromanager on a piece of paper and burn it. And then stare at a vision board.

I had worked in an office (a long time ago) where the person in charge wanted us to WRITE DOWN what we wanted to say to each other in a formal way.

This got 'IN THE WAY OF EFFICIENCY' in our office. Everyone was kind of scared of her.

Then one day, three of us met in the hallway 'by accident', carrying our correspondences to each other. (This was before the day of emails).

We had an INSTANT meeting (without her presence). We handled the problems we needed to solve sooo QUICKLY just through 'conversing' a few minutes-- and all-the-while being afraid of 'being caught' by her.

Anyways, I 'feel' for ya!!
Some managers are tyrants in disguise!
She had amped-up the pressures in the office, unnecessarily, and it 'interfered' with efficiency.

The rest of us 'figured' ways around her, after that accidental-meeting in the hallway.

Your "co-workers" can become a source of comfort and stress-relieve, if they are feeling it too.

Raises the vibrations when you are supportive of each other.

Your manager might subconsciously pick-up on that, and put her own-self in check, hopefully to diminish her own behaviors, or have some insight to her self. Time will pass.

Thank you so much mirage29! Luckily I've worked other places to know that this is abnormal behavior for a boss to have.
Yes the support of the rest of my staff has really helped me have better days at work. I think it started to click with the boss. When I took it upon myself to meet with other teachers. Another teacher asked to be my mentor. THANK GOD. Because the director actually respects that teacher.
But then it also made it seem like what she was trying to project on to me was being projected back on to her. Basically: you treat this teacher (WHO YOU NEED) like they are inadequate. Therefore you are an inadequate boss, let me handle her instead of you.

So then the director acted like the other teacher mentoring me was her idea. I think she kind of got the picture that she was inadequate and coming across as a bully, and seemed somewhat remorseful with how she was treating me and tried to use me being in college and being the youngest teacher as an excuse.
THERE IS NO EXCUSE. I was so glad someone interrupted our talk because I wanted to slap her across the face.
But her attitude has been better towards me. I really think the Capricorn planets in the late degrees were bringing out the worst of us working together.
Well if I ever didn't like how she was treating me I continued to rip her name on a piece of paper. I and then the next day it would seem like her attitude was gone.
Well and as you all know now I don't have too really see her anymore because of the corona virus. (AWKWARD)

I am not sad about collecting unemployment. I have had to work with the most condescending people no matter where I work for the past five years. I am so over spending most of my life around the worst people ever, and having to tolerate them because of ****ing money. By the end of my Saturn return, square sun, and the Capricorn gang bang in general; I just feel very bitter and jaded about working hard and being responsible. We will have to see how I feel once Saturn revisits Capricorn with some unfinished business.

Bringing up vibrations are especially important when going through a bad pluto and saturn transit.

I have been more curious and dabbling in color therapy. For therapeutic and occult reasons.

I think about what it represents, and thinking about the colors people choose to wear and what they choose for their home says a lot.

I have been researching candles in the occult. Today I lit a black candle.
"The color black in and of itself isn't bad — it’s actually most often associated with protection, uncrossing, and can be used to ward off any negative vibes that may be thrown your way." http://www.allure.com/story/color-magic-witchcraft-meanings-guide
I also have a lot of black in my home so I loved how the candle looked with the rest of the black in my home.

I like to think about my color phases too. For 12 years now black has been a main staple. It probably always will be.

I got back into the color pink in my 20's.
"Pink is incredibly healing, especially in matters of love."

By my mid 20's I accumulated a lot of teal.
"It radiates the peace, calm and tranquility of blue and the balance and growth of green with the uplifting energy of yellow. This is a color that recharges our spirits during times of mental stress and tiredness, alleviating feelings of loneliness. You only have to focus on the color turquoise, whether on a wall or clothing and you feel instant calm and gentle invigoration, ready to face the world again! It is a great color to have around you, particularly in an emergency, as it helps with clear thinking and decision-making. It assists in the development of organizational and management skills."

Another color that has been really building up in my wardrobe since my mid 20's is Maroon.
"Maroon: a dark bluish red, it denotes controlled and more thoughtful action. It is slightly softer than burgundy and not as dramatic as true red.
Burgundy: a dark purplish red, it is more sophisticated and serious and less energetic than true red. It indicates controlled power, determined ambition and dignified action and is often favored by the wealthy."

I always tried to not limit myself to colors I wear for this reason.

Well lately I have felt the need for more navy blue in my wardrobe and wonder what that's about.
" Dark Blue: Dark blue is the color of conservatism and responsibility. Although it appears to be cool, calm and collected, it is the color of the non-emotional worrier with repressed feelings, the pessimist and the hypocrite. Dark blue can be compassionate but has trouble showing it as its emotions run deep. Dark blue is a serious masculine color representing knowledge, power, and integrity, and is used quite often in the corporate world."
Ah I see...

My vibration today has me wanting a punching bag and boxing gloves.
Like honestly this should totally happen in my dream house.
It's a healthier alternative to drinking booze.

Feeling tried.
Today is the last day of Sun squaring my Sun. Also the Moon is squaring my sun, and so is Jupiter and Pluto.
All I can do is move on to something else put some chill music on, control what I actually can right now.
Diffusing my chill pill essential oils(chamomile, orange, patchouli, peppermint, light some candles, and wear my phosphodiesterase necklace.

Actually letting yourself cry. It was getting increasingly more difficult for me to be friendly. In my brain when ever I saw people my response was "Ugh" and "AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!"

Yesterday I did the bare minimum, cried, showered, talked on the phone with fiance, said crazy **** , and cried more.

My day was mainly dedicated to not fronting that I was content.

I then checked my email rolled up in a blanket and let my self just chill the rest of the night.

Today I could check my mail and actually be friendly and chatting with people. With out my friendliness feeling so fake and forced. It's the little things, I have not felt like that in such a long time.

I recently read that Dark Blue is associated with Rahu (North Node).

Thanks vaniso. Sounds encouraging for forwardness and destiny.
I am wearing a navy blue sun dress today. I wore this dress when I first met my fiance's immediate family.
I am sort of bummed because I left my navy blue sweater wrap I just got at my friend's house. And she lives almost an hour away.

I am very intrigued is Rahu vedic astrology? I have dabbled in wearing certain colors for the day of the week. Like white on Monday(moon) and black on Saturday(Saturn) I think that may come from vedic beliefs as well.

I am starting to connect navy blue to "still waters run deep" vibes.

With mars retrograde, I see lots of posts about not handling aggression directly, or something. I can already tell that I am having time to revaluate my aggression style. Such as toxic positivity, bottling emotions, I usually don’t tell people what I really think of them, because I would probably get punched in the face or be murdered if I never filtered my attitude and thoughts.

Well my neighbors have become more and more belligerent over the years. She told me to talk to her first. I did and the second time, I was told “don’t tell me what to do.”
Like lady you can’t it both ways.

Her grandkids are nocturnal jumping beans.

I have to work at 8am.

It’s affecting my health, well being, and yes vibration.

So after that text, I decided after weighing the pros and cons of talking to her first.

I decided well fine, I won’t tell you what to do, I’ll have management tell you what to do. Be careful what you wish for biach.

Well yeah, my vibration is very tried by this. And I need protection. I just happened to be wearing black when she wanted to talk to me about reporting her. I have been wearing my garnet necklace.

I am also looking into Feng Shui remedies for bad neighbors.
So I will be placing mirrors on my floor face down, to send what they are carrying to me back to them. I will talk to the manager soon. But I will try little things to try to leave in a higher powers hands/up to the universe.

It’s my attempt to leave it be and let it be worked out on its own with out me pushing it so hard.
