Kannon,
What would you do with a quartz wand broken at the face point?So I have this quartz wand that had a window and Isis face. I was still trying to work with it. Unfortunately, I broke the Isis face. The window face is still intact. Do you think it still could serve its purpose as a window wand? It really sadden me - I feel like I killed something.

I have a broken quartz as well. They are still quartzes and their use or effectiveness does not change.------------------

What would you recommend to someone with
wearing out cartelidge (joints)? The dietary powders are getting too spendy. I found sunstone may work do you know anything else? Thanx.

Not sure on that one, but I'd consult the Crystal Bible. I've found it to be on target every time. However, a gemstone will only assist in rebuilding joints. You must have the dietary yin: gelatin, oils, etc. I'd also recommend the herbs Ashwagandha and Fo-ti roots (Polygonum multilforum). It is virtually impossible to rebuild the joints without significant intake of animal-based gelatin. You might be able to do it with plain gelatin like Knox, but you'll also have to keep the inflammation down that has likely played a part in creating the condition. There are a number of gem/bead shops here in Portland. There's a bead store down the road where I get most of my stones. I've learned to do some basic beading so I can wear them as bracelets or necklaces. There is a shop right in my neighborhood, but the hours are odd, so I haven't made it yet. You can get really good deals online if you shop patiently and compare. Some of the sellers on etsy or ebay offer really good deals because they are mineral wholesalers who sell raw gems. ------------------

Thank you! I will look into what's in the Crystal Bible. Knox gelatin was my mainstay before the bone powders. I think it's easier on the budget. I'll get back to that. Excellent advice.
