Many people are marginally deficient in iodine, so seafood is a good source.

I don't like seafood all that much, aside from Halibut that is battered and fried, and maybe Tuna. Thats it though, I hate shrimp, and don't like lobster. It just has a fishy taste to me, which i don't like. Halibut tastes like chicken to me, and tuna isn't as fishy as other seafood.
