Rie...
My main point is this.

I can not successfully communicate with you. It's always been a huge struggle.

It's like if I asked you where the bathroom was and you think I'm asking for chicken or something.
We don't get each other... At all.

Forget I said anything. It's not even worth sorting out to reach an understanding, I don't care, and I don't have the energy. It's so frustrating trying to tell you the simplest things. I brought that up (feelings) as a dramatic way to say that we don't understand each other but it went right over you.
It in no way was meant to imply that this was about that. It was Leo drama. (I'm suspecting Saturn craps all over your chart - too serious and literal)

Just do whatever you feel. If you want to talk to Randall, talk to Randall. If you don't, you don't.
I'm throwing my hands up.
I'm going away from this thread. I'm not mad. Just trying to talk to you is like trying to swim without any limbs. I have to explain and clarify everything so it's like writing it three times.

Do what you gotta do and good day. If you didn't understand something I wrote or why... Tough. I'm not explaining any more stuff. Figure it out.

Thats the problem with the internet- everyone interprets words differently so what I may feel is acceptable others may feel crossed the line.

I try to stay level-headed as much as possible, but the comes out of me once in a while.

I know we don't always get along, but I really appreciate that you care about people and use your gift to help them.

The House of Chiron seems to be where each person has the most pain. I feel that this tends to be so true that one can help a person find his unknown birth time with this as a big clue

Do you have experience working with people having Chiron in 6th? I am 100% convinced it is related to my current health problems.

YAY. Cap Rising, my favourite Ascendant (repeating it then). I just feel comfortable with them right away! Some of it has to do with where my planets fall, there's a good chance some of my Cap/Cancer stuff is on their axis.

Sweet! If you don't mind me asking, what are your planets?

Your Mercury and Jupiter with my Venus-Juno conjunction.
Your Sun is on my NN loosely and sextile my Vertex-Pallas conjunction (15 & 16 Aries).

That makes sense! I enjoy reading your posts so the Mercury reads sense. Does my Jupiter provide you humor and happiness??? lolol.

Sun and NN is a good combo. We can probably learn a lot from each other. Especially hitting the vertex: I am a firm believer that no one randomly comes into your life; every person we have some sort of extended contact is meant to teach us a lesson/help us gain a lesson.

Your Venus trines my Ascendant (6 Libra) and your Mars trines mine (6 Virgo). My Mars also trines your Cap stellium and falls on your Juno. Chiron conj my Jupiter (2 Cancer)

Libra ASC! That makes sense: you want fairness and balance. What is it like having Mars in Virgo? I don't really know that many people with this aspect.

Chiron-Jupiter: a mutual prosperity by association with each other—“treasure at the end of the rainbow. Heal each other’s emotional pain, gaining fresh understanding and insights

^^^That aspect is really cool! But I also heard it is bad for , so don't take me to a casino with you!

Ohh and Vertex trine Vertex. Your NN on my Part of Fortune. Lol whoa, everything hits!

On the other hand, it looks like you might give me lolol. POF is something I need to study more.

What don't you like about Chiron in Cancer? Or is it the house? I find it a very rough placement, but I'm glad I have it as well. Lots of potential for healing and support.

The cruel irony of my life is that I can help heal others, but I can't seem to heal myself. I teach others about being healthier, yet I can't seem to get my health back on track.

Other than that I think 6th house is good for teaching, which I have done well with. But 6th multiplies Chiron's energy, so it makes it more challenging. I think the end result though will make it worth it.

What part of the Netherlands are you from?

Sorry for the delay! I try and bump several threads at once whenever I come to H & H but don't always have enough time.

Wanted to tell you I saw your eyes on the eyes thread and love 'em...so bright and sparkly...you look alert and fun.

Thanks! I think for the most part I am fun, but you know those pesky Cap people: always boring and serious! lol.

But where were your eyes??? Sad I didn't get to see them.
Its not like a Leo Rising to miss an opportunity to show off.

Not sure if you remember, but we were talking about bipolar disorder amongst sisters. 'Have to admit I am superstitious myself and was sorta glad to only have one girl.

But really, are you planning on having kids someday?

I do remember that...right before WWII in the Cap thread. Of course I am planning on having kids, why do you think I am getting fertility treatments every week!?!??! I need to give my invisible erm I mean life husband a child.

You know on second thought:

^that has never been so accurate. BRB going to get a 5150 hold lololol.

I do want kids, probably 2-3. But I am not planning on having kids any time soon. Need to get my career established. Oh and, probably need to get laid more often that.

Ha...that thread turned crazy.

People don't understand Capricorn, so it's always a point of debate. Usually if I'm reading an astrology book and it starts saying nice, accurate things about Capricorn, that's my cue that the author IS a Capricorn.

WTFery indeed. You should write a book on Capricorns and Saturn, then we have at least another good book that is accurate. Feel free to acknowledge me in the preface section for this glorious idea,

ROTFL! You're so right! Wtf, why did that even become one of LL's official emoticons? "And for all you members with a multiple personality disorder, here's a little token of consideration for you."

EXHIBIT A: See the above.

Although this thing is really weird too:

This dude is suspect too:

Have you ever heard of the macrobiotic chef Christina Pirello? She said it well: without dessert, life just becomes a grim endurance. I remember that when I cheat on my own diet. Today I had macaroons dipped in chocolate, with coffee. It was...sublime. I needed a high point in my day, a holiday hour tucked into all the drudgery and minor catastrophes (tr Uranus squaring my sun is like trying to live a sane life in a carnival fun house.)[/b[

No I have not, I will have to look into that. Oh, Uranus square Sun does not sound good. Did you make it out alive? You more than earned those macaroons!

[b]Good luck! Do you have a game plan? Let us know how it goes. Unless you are herxing so bad you can't type...just remember that's a positive thing. Hard to remember that.

Yeah, so epic fail. I had to stop because I am in the process of moving to a new apartment (actually moving tomorrow!) and really needed full energy to back and clean. Sissy/10

But...I am going home to visit family for a week so I am thinking then is a good time to do a week long something, I think I need to do a lot of stuff though: colon, parasite, liver cleanses, and candida antifungals.

Ah...I just meant the weekly weather. She does a sun sign horoscope, too? That site is so vast, things get lost in it.[/b[

Oh, my bad! Yeah, haven't looked into the weekly weather so I will have to see if it works for me. I usually do the astrodienst daily horoscope, grupovenus transits, and a 6 card tarot reading every day. Its become a ritual.

[b]I checked this out, got confused, and resolved to try again when I have more brain bandwidth.

I really like it because there are so many things to explore: numerology, Chinese zodiac, lunar return, multiple interps of transit, etc.

Astrology is often SCARY accurate. I think I hold myself back from learning its intricacies because it's still mildly freaking me out, how true it is.

PREACH! I would put up a cross, but then I would be accused (after saying two f-ing times I wasn't!) of being religious. I really should have told her I was buddhist and then put Buddha up. lololol. She would have had a stroke.

^ I hope not!

Hey, Bella. Thanks for waiting. Sorry it's taking so long. I was without internet for a couple of days for a suuuper stupid reason and general business - I'm still trying to get the hang of time management. Everything in my life has picked up so much.

But I'm definitely planning on replying of course! I'm sorry I can't do anything more at the moment, but I'll try to catch up as soon as I can. I'm leaving for a short spa holiday tomorrow and I think that'll give me some time, peace and quiet to reply to everything I want.

And I think you can definitely count yourself as an honorary Cappie - your Uranus, ruling your Sun, is in Cap, right? Plus that Ascendant with Saturn all prominent. Count yourself in (but I'm sure you already did ).

Yeah, I do. At least, what I feel is fair at the moment. Still undecided (lol) on whether it makes my Ascendant stand out more having no air planets, or it just gives off a false first impression. But hey, you're a fire void and you've got plenty to make up for that. I really wouldn't have thought!

Mars in Virgo is okay. Can't really separate it from his conjunction to Mercury, which gives me a freaking overactive mind. Grrr. Thank God for meditation, nature, yoga, massage, NLP, etc. My body's often tense, so I need to bounce and run around to get it all out of my system. And I love just working, doing something, especially when I can make life easier for someone else. I think that's basically the Virgo thing? I get irritated about smaller things, though, while the major stuff I should be angry about doesn't really do much. Mm. Maybe thanks to a very tight trine to Saturn to keep myself in check. Oh, and health and research of course. Or research on health. Hey

Yeah, me, too. For something with such an easy name, it's pretty hard to get a feel of! Maybe I would, but not from gambling either. Lol, sorry, my luck tends to swing in all kinds of directions. You haven't had much luck with that either?

Ahhh, yes. That's just bittersweet, isn't it? Same here. Didn't Bob Marks say that on Chiron in our sign? But with health, bleh, that could get so frustrating in the long run. Maybe find someone else with a 6th house Chiron could solve it?
But for teaching, yes, I think so, too. Eventually you'll know so much you could do it in your sleep!

Found out just how Chiron the teacher works just a few days ago, actually. My new neighbour was open to me looking at his chart and stuff and got all curious while I was doing so. And he asked me how long I'd studied astrology, so I said, "Two, three years." His jaw dropped and he was like, "Wow, it sounds like you've done this for twenty years, you really sound like a teacher!" Pff. Chiron on the MC doing something right.

As for where I'm from... I'd rather not say (privacy reasons), but it's somewhere near the beach.

But why didn't you applaud me out loud tho??? You need to feed this 1st house stellium gosh darn it!! lollol.

You know its a tough balance though. Everyone has a right to their opinion and while its important to say your side, in this day and age the art of debating is pretty much dead. People get really offended (I include myself b/c I'm guilty of this too) when you disagree and resort to namecalling, trolling, and passive-aggressive digs. Fine lines are crossed too when the subject matter is personal. I always try to get across my point tactfully and respectfully while holding my ground, but no one's perfect.

On the other hand, you have something a lot of people don't: you put yourself in other people's places, which isn't something very common. When things get heated in here its easy to say things and get it out of proportion without realizing the damage we do. I think people could also learn from your ability to see everyone's version of the issue, even if the debate itself appears to be one sided.

Something like this is a step by step process; I think for you the key is to not let your emotions get absorbed with your concerns. Raise your concern without making it relive your previous experiences.

Jupiter is actually neutral in my chart. Things tend to work out well for me, but its never easy. I find if I work really hard and put myself in a good position, then things fall into place.

Thats cool! Honestly, I don't really know much about draconics- I need to start studying that. I don't even know my draconics so that shows you how much I know.

Oh, so you are very void in air? How does that play out for you? Yeah, its so funny that people never pick up on that. I think thats why I'm very attracted to heavy Fire people, because I want and need to learn those particular traits.

I can relate to having an overactive mind. Especially with a Cap stellium, always thinking and worrying about something. I like to research simply because I have to know the answers about everything. I'm more interested in the details than the big picture, which isn't necessarily a good thing.

I'm still trying to fully figure out 12th house POF. I get some parts of it, but others I really cannot relate to. I really relate to the 'winning over your enemies thing' as its very hard for people after a while to not respect me. I think its more of a luck and circumstances out of your control in the background sort of thing.

quote:

Yup, I'm pretty sure it was him. I am a firm believer things happen for a reason. No matter how frustrating it gets, one day it will be totally worth it.

Hell, I already pretty much teach in my sleep, can't tell you how many dreams I have had about teaching my class. And then some nightmares as well.

That's how people perceive Capricorn. Dead boring, strange, and socially clueless.

Lolololol. That sounds exactly like the personality the birthday book described for me. Seriously though, how do I have friends!?!?!?

Aww..I'm sure they were cool looking, don't be so hard on yourself. I liked that thread, close ups make you realize how neat everyone's eyes really are.

Wow that's a surprise! You like kids? What's your 5H like again? No worries about conceiving them when you are half Italian and know all about amore, wink wink.

Jupiter....

Jupiter......

Jupiter......

NOOOOOO!!! You realize I could end up with a truck load of kids!?!?!? Like Duggar level of kids lolololol. I do really like kids, I'm just more of a quality than quantity kind.

Luckily my Jupiter is neutral which (fingers crossed!) dampens my fertility a little bit. I would rather use my Jupiter for fun right now- less risky.

No, seriously...I know you have no plans to marry but watch out for tr Pluto on your Venus, it might bewitch you and before you know it, you're waking up next to a Ball and Chain.

Thats the thing...I do want to get married eventually, I just like to joke and say no because I'm not in a rush. I find it absolutely ridiculous, especially for women, that if you reach your mid 20s and aren't getting married soon there is something wrong with you. F that!

My Pluto conj Venus transit isn't until 14 years from now, sooooo I still have some good years ahead of me! Use up all of my freedom and independence until Pluto knocks me on my arse.

I like it: 1 bed, 1 bath. A mix of carpet and wooden floor. Two walk-in closets (aaahhhhh) to semi support my shoe addiction. Larger bedroom, better layout, and more enclosed than my previous apartment. I like simplistic designs: more traditional with a little bit of futuristic flair to it. Have a few really nice pieces and complement them with basic and simple decorations.

Basics yet... C'mon now, we're Sun square Pluto people, we don't do the basics. If I tell you my name that is a pretty big deal lolol. BTW, the description you wrote for this aspect was kinda amazing. Perfect to a T.

Aw, you didn't have to bump it! I was gonna come back! So much to say at LL, never enough time. I'm like...

...running around trying to keep up with everything.

Anyway, sorry to hear your moon experience was no good. It hit your sun, right? Did anything specific happen or just bad vibes, low moods, lots of emotions drudged up that you were repressing...cuz that's how I experienced the Cap full moon in July. REALLY tough.

Everything feels easy compared to that (combined with the sun transiting my Saturn. Gloomy.) I was surprised at how good I felt yesterday...moon on my sun-moon midpoint, then transiting my pr sun, making me feel okay with myself.

quote:

LOL...sometimes it describes the most pathological possibilities for a day's energies...and I gotta say, "No that doesn't apply for this person" or "This really doesn't apply to me, open as I am to criticism it's just...NO."

No, silly, you won't turn into the Duggar lady. ROTFL! But I will say that Jupiter rules my 5H from its domicile 9H, and that is potent enough. I only meant to have three children but I have five. 'LOVE them all to bits and no regrets. But with the last two, I'm still like "How did I pregnant?? That, like, shouldn't have happened!" (Yes I have 5H Neptune!)

Yeah I double F that.

quote:
Oh man, is the car okay? More importantly, are you okay?

Everything's okay, thanks. I hit a car as I was backing out of my parking spot. It wasn't a horrible dent, and our car is fine. But I haven't hit anything or gotten a ticket in over fifteen years and was starting to think I've become a great driver (unlike in my teen years and early twenties, when I sucked soooo bad and even got hit by a Mack track on the freeway.) The real blow was to my self-confidence. Plus, I feel guilty because the guy whose car I hit was unhappy about being repaid through insurance...he wanted cash, to circumvent some website that tracks all damage to all cars and depreciates their value accordingly. It really bugs me that we pay for insurance year after year, and now, that's not good enough to compensate someone for damages. =( They are still left damaged (online "reputation" of the car diminishes its value) unless you fork out cash.

This must bother more people than just me. I hate to leave someone feeling cheated even after the car is completely fixed and they didn't have to pay a cent.

Saying allll this in case it ever happens to you (I hope not!) you'll at least know that you're not alone, lots of people are put into the same bind.

<3<3<3 SHOES! What kind do you like? I love to think of Aquarian women in all kinds of funky, glitzy heels. Or shoes in cool colors with wild patterns. They seem to have been *invented* for you Aqua girls.

With my progressed sun in Aqua I should have a more daring shoe life, but my hubby cramps my style and would not appreciate me wearing, say, floral-print Doc Marten boots...which I realllly want.

He says my style is the same as high school and I'm like "So? Aren't all 30-somethings stuck in high school?" LOL

Thank you, unfortunately I am all too familiar with the issues. =( But that made me laugh, that telling your name is a big deal. I can actually relate to that because I think I'm the only person in the world with my first and last name, so if I give my name to anyone and they Google me, there's no chance it's *not* about me.

Btw have you paid att'n to your sun-Pluto midpoint, and the way it gets activated in synastry? My daughter's Scorpio sun is right on my sun-Pluto MP...hard to summarize the relationship, it's usually friendly with a bit of emotional roller coaster every day.

ETA: I meant to add...a friend gave me a card with this quote on it in high school...saying that I needed to keep that in mind. I think that's an extra big challenge for sun square Pluto, but not impossible...

Yeah...unfortunately I can get so interested in astrology that there's nothing much happening in my real life except that I spent all my free time looking at charts. My brain is a Draconic void. All I remember is the my draco sun is in third decan Taurus, an energy I associate with my SN anyway.

My regular Tropical moon is at 0 declination and I've been wanting to get a handle on that. Not sure why. Anything I want to believe about myself, I already have enough justification in my chart for believing it.

All of the above! It brought past a lot of my pain and insecurities of the past. In my 2nd house too. I would elaborate on this, but I do not trust that it won't be taken advantage of in the future (not you, just things I've seen on this site).

You know on second thought..I don't feel as bad!!! lol. I've already set my limit at 2 kids and if I have twins on the first go I'm getting my tubes tied! No joke. See with Jupiter in 5th there is a lot of fun but you have to be conscious and careful, otherwise...surprise baby!

Oh, yeah that reputation system is so ridiculous. Just another way to try and get people's money out of guilt or pressure. But I'm glad your car and you weren't seriously impacted. That Mack truck story sounds terrifying!!!!

Shoe ***** checking in! I do not discriminate: all are welcome in my home. I love heels and wedges, but not always practical to get around. I wear a lot of sandals and flats for work. A few gym shoes cause I work out a lot. I actually really don't have zany styles or designs: just plenty of color.

Weird pet peeve: I HAVE to match my shoes with my outfits (god its like I'm a Virgo in the making!). If it doesn't match I'm going to find a different pair to wear.

LOL, everyone has a little bit of high school in them. Buy those floral Doc Marten's, let your freak flag fly!

Did you move around a lot as a child? What is 4th Uranus like? I always thought it would be cool to live in an RV for a month, especially now since they are made like mini-hotel rooms. IDK about yacht or houseboat for an extended period of time- I kind of get motion sickness.

Signed up with AstroWin out of curiousity. I really don't know much about midpoints, but apparently it is CAP 1 degree. I'll have to look at previous synastry and see if it was activated. That is very interesting with your daughter!

Hey ladies,

Checking in quickly. Still reading along while hoping to find some time to reply to everything here on LL.

But... there was a powerful full moon this weekend? Wow. Oh God...

This weekend, I got even more thrown at me. My mother called me on Saturday saying my grandma's in hospital. She tried to call her on Friday evening to catch up and grandma just wouldn't answer, which is so weird and not her. So they called her neighbour who has a key to her apartment and when she rang the doorbell, again, grandma didn't answer. She was lying in the middle of the living room, unconscious. She'd fallen down and has been taken to hospital by ambulance. They're still trying to find out what kind of infection she has. She's been taking bad care of herself - she was dehydrated and doesn't want to eat, drink, can't get up unless she can lean on something high up.

Still shocked. Spent the whole Saturday in hospital, which also ended in trying to smooth out some intense discussions between her and her sons (my dad and uncle), my mum and auntie. At the end of the day, I was sooo tired from all of that aggressive energy. I know they were all worried and grandma's trying to cope as well as she can - I think it hasn't gotten through to her just how bad her situation is, she insists she can still climb the stairs, etc.

And now you talk about that full moon...
Grandma's birthday is one day before mine. Whatever hits my planets also hits hers. She's my favourite granny and our synastry shows.

I'm upset and honestly a bit creeped out that this happened building up to that full moon. Can't be a coincidence.

So just... letting you know why I'm so inactive.

Even more creepy. *deep sigh* It happened right after you talked about your Wounded Healer thread, Faith. Like, we have that exact Sun-Moon conjunction and here we go - it hit your planet first, then mine and we both got hit hard.

This is just insane.

So, my weekend sucked, to put it bluntly.

Rie

*hug* Maybe your grandmother will be okay, maybe this will become a positive turning point where she has better care? Still, must be hard to see her so down. Just hoping for the best...

@Bella

-insert lightning bolt emoticon-

You're fast!!! Thanks for getting back to me, I will have to ttyl since I'm practically drowning in posts and emails I haven't answered for way too long...I'm always huffing and puffing trying to catch up!

^ Maybe because I insist on taking my good old time finding emoticons that tickle my fancy. heheheh

Also, no I don't have a zillion friends, as we were discussing above, but I like to correspond point for point, mulling everything over...so even with a few "pen pals" and threads I'm active on, it can pile up, because one email takes a lot of time and thought and erasing (Mercury opp Saturn) and stuff.

--

This whining session brought to you courtesy of and the transiting moon. So many ways I want to give my heart to people, so little time....

Rie, sorry to hear about your grandmother! Sending you best wishes. Situations like that are really tough.

Thanks Faith for the response! LOL, I can picture you on your computer hastily searching for the right emoticons.
