Lonake, this is not my drama therefore I'm not participating in the bulk of the problem. My concern is the rules on LL that seem to be violated, disrespected, and disconsidered.

Webmaster, just as president (to use his analogy) isn't an easy task. He has a responsibility to make sure that others and he himself are abiding by the rules. And especially has to live up to a very high standard, given that he is webmaster. If this were not him involved, the thread would have certainly been locked ages ago. I am not here to critique the details of their issues or the drama surrounding them, I'm here to ensure that throwing people's names out there is not okay. Perpetuating drama that you know you'd have ended if other members is not okay.
