I was close to an Aqua Sun Merc for 15 years. She was not a bully. I was close to an Aqua Moon for 4 years. She too was not a bully. In the absence of favourable synastry aspects, Aquarians can come across as stubborn and extremely forceful in their opinions. They seem to assume that they have a market monopoly on intelligence, and can present as having a chip on the shoulder. They like to tease and assume that they are being funny. Like another poster said, they have very little, if any, real-world, practical smarts. It’s all the stuff you read from books. They also like being in control of the relationship and will jump ship if they see that the dynamic is approximating that of equals, or worse, they have in some way become subordinate. Their egos can’t handle being corrected because of said presumption of own intelligence. Fact: the Chaldean ruler of Aquarius is Saturn. The modern ruler of Aquarius is Uranus. People associate genius with Uranus and so people extrapolate this to mean that all Aquarians are geniuses. They totally neglect the influence of Saturn and believe me, I’ve met more Saturnian Aquarians than I have Uranian ones. This distinction is important because one is known for snail-speed while the other, speed of light. 🤔🤭 Being highly Uranian (conjunct AC, aspecting all inner planets except Venus) I have to vehemently refute the assumption that they are Uranus ruled. I will also add here that my own daughter is an Aquarius Sun (fortunately we have Moons conjunct in Leo) and at one point was surrounded by Aqua Sun everywhere I went. I think my Uranus acts like a homing device for Aquarians. 😅 Aquarians come across as intelligent to other signs, and no one would argue otherwise. But to say that they are geniuses is to subscribe to a world that is flat. IP: Logged |
