Personally I feel the same, anything exceeding 1 degree feels like reaching to me. lol
However there might be exception in case of rolling declinations.

For example in my own natal I have:

Moon 11.05 S
Uranus 11.27 S
Pluto 11.40 N

and Juno 10.22 S.

Now the first three are definitely aligned. What about Juno though?
She IS within orb for parallel Moon, but would be out of orb for contraparallal Pluto (1°18).
However Moon IS in contraprallel to Pluto, so what to do about that?
Cutting off Juno?

I think it is a borderline-case. But close enough to be pulled into.

I agree with this, the stellium will behave like a stellium, a Juno stellium actually defines Juno, so even if there's an added 1 deg., they will act in sync when participating in aspects.
