awwwwwwwwwww Transit PLUTO was conjuncting my asteroid CUPIDO in the first house by 1d the day I moved to COLORADO and I did fall deeply in love with Colorado, I have said it in the past that Colorado stole my heart.Further on that week Transit Cupido-Northnode were forming a sextile with my natal moon and this was forming a YOD with my VALENTINE at the apex. Talk about the stars aligning for that move. The day I started my new JOB there Saturn was conjuncting exact my MC and Transit Uranus was conjuncting Abundantia which is the aspect I felt made the move possible. IP: Logged |

In astrology, the asteroid Cupido by itself would perhaps be associated with the trials of love associated with the initial enthrallment and acts of seduction performed in order to obtain the love object, not the sexual act itself. Examples of an overactive Cupido can include crushes, cultivating romance for the sake of the game or putting the object of desire up on a pedestal. In the dark sense, romantic enthrallment can originate out of a love for the chase, only to abandon the prey once it is caught. Asteroid Cupido is not to be confused with Alfred Witt's Uranian body Cupido, which is associated more with family, marriage, tantra and art. http://www.mysticmarguerite.com/WebDocs/Texts/LoveAsteroids.html IP: Logged |

Y'know, maybe his CUPIDO conjunct my CHIRON is another part of 'the wound' we share. As it seems so bloody impossible to translate our feelings into physical, sexual reality. And, yeah, with the 0° conjunction of PRIAPUS and BML, there's a powerful impetus to do so anyway. But, yes, CUPIDO (763) really does involve the feelings of enthralment, and experiencing infatuation -- the 'lunacy' of love. Translating desire into sexual relation, and fascination into feeling. We seem to have a deep trouble with that. IP: Logged |
