She has cancer moon and mars so I'm assuming lots of things are felt. I personally know that if we have an argument, I'd win and overpower her (Aries moon, cap mars, virgo jupiter) and there's no use in that ...So then I just become even more sensitive ...
I don't envy you. I always hated having roommates. Always had problems with them. Much prefer to live with a significant other or alone.

I understand... I'm not sure if it's "rage" or if it's bottled feelings. I won't divulge the details about my life here or post her chart up to ask what is wrong with her. I think it's BOTH of us but I'm just really stuck in this lease and I feel like I can't break free... And I agree with you that this is not just neptune. Our composite has pluto opp moon, uranus square mars and Asc, saturn square moon, saturn conjunct venus. The description on Astro.com rings true... IP: Logged |

It makes sense, maybe you've both been hurt before and it's always this feeling when you meet something that feels right after several disappointments, you doubt it first, it takes time Outer planets are majestic, heroic, there's no middle ground with them: it's either very high or very low. hence the fear they bring in people. Out of all of them, I noticed Neptune inspires the highest fear of all, it's a bit disconcerting even. Maybe because irrational fear is its domain??
Irrational fear....that makes a lot of sense! His saggy Neptune is exact trine by his libra Pluto@19 And my saggy Neptune is exact trine my libra Pluto@11....we both tend to have some deep insecurities!! But seeing them in each other is making us both more aware of how those fears affect our ability to be loved or love another. What a wake up call, it's not easy seeing your delusions brought to light because someone else has the exact same ones and we are acting them out on each other. Especially when there is absolutely no reason at all for our fears, we've both been hurt enough that we don't want to hurt anyone, we just want to love and be loved.

Given my chart... I don't think a non-neptunian relationship is on the menu.Anyway, the perk is that my natal neptune is in a stellium with saturn, so saturn can keep watch on it. We idealize our love, the whole "I love you so I'd be willing to let you go" kind of deal. And there were things we thought we wanted/needed. But after starting a relationship we just let go of those things and it turns out that we are both fine with that. In a way neptune has liberated us... In synastry: - My 12th house stellium is in his 12th house. His 12th house neptune is in my 12th house. - sun-neptune dw (square and conjunction), mercury-neptune dw (conjunction and quincunx), MC-neptune (sextile and quincunx) - neptune trine NN/moon/venus/mars but not tight. - neptune loosely conj asc (I don't think he even feels this one. Coz saturn is in a tight conjunction to the asc) But looking at the composite, neptune isn't that active. We have 12th house neptune sextile jupiter/pluto/MC, semisquare venus, oppose chiron and quincunx NN

On a serious note, it's something to think about...what else am I willing to throw overboard for the sake of my relationship? And if I could hypnotize my husband and get him to do the same, what would I want to be different? hmmm IP: Logged |

Great post, Faith! I have a variation of this quote, as a motto - Venus/Neptune + Cap/Virgo/Leo/Scorpio style: "I love him so much, that if it's not going to be perfect, I'm willing to let him go" ------------------

Aw thanks So it's like you have to tweak the Whitney Houston song a bit? "We both know you're not what I need-- but I will always love you." IP: Logged |
