I see what you mean. Fixed energy usually becomes more important with age.
Also, I imagine if you say you have a fire stellium and you are an outgoing chick, you may attract too much mutable energy, giving a "false" impression, not intentionally of course, of being more "flighty" than you really are; this happens a lot with outgoing people,especially in early youth, it happens to me too; but the reality is, if you have strong Aqua, as I take it from your nickname, you are quite fixed yourself, and inherently not flighty, and those fixed needs become even more important with age. ------------------

I can see how everything you are saying here is true. It also does not help me that I have my ascendant in Leo opposite my sun, so I think I seem way different than I really am. I am a very outgoing and bubbly person so yeah, maybe that was a big part of my problem. I could see how mutables and fire signs thought I'd be this fun-loving and carefree person (which I am, to an extent), but then ending up seeing my Pisces moon as a huge drag. My last ex, a Cappy with a Sag moon (square mine by aspect) thought I was a wet blanket. He couldn't understand why when he would tease me and put me down (it seemed like 95% of the things that came out of his mouth were sarcastic), I would get really hurt by it and not understand why he would be so insensitive. He actually asked me point-blank why I couldn't be more like his brother's wife (who has a Leo moon) and just give it right back to him quick-on-my-feet instead of being upset by it. So like I said, a lot of our problems were directly attributable to our moon square. The ex before him, also Sag moon, we had similar problems but not so pronounced, maybe because it wasn't in aspect, only by sign.

Hm interesting...yes, I can see the differences in Moons here, but mostly, I see Caps with Sag placements  I know what you describe, I have so many Caps and Sags friends. This combination gives for very sarcastic people, and sometimes, especially when they feel threatened by something (in their worst days) they have a gift of keeping people down. They're not the kind to put their partners on a pedestal, on the contrary, they hate that Just having the image of one of my best friends, a Cap/Sag: she treats her husband, a Leo Moon, like he is her masseur It's actually about a tendency to keep other people down a little bit. He is a Virgo, so he takes it for a while, until he explodes. lol

My Moon in Capricorn conjunct Neptune on my fourth house cusp.First mans Moon In Taurus: fell in love at first sight and still friends 8 years later. His Sun is square my Moon by 1 orb. Second mans Moon in Scorpio: very deep and true unconditional love with emotional compatibility and extreme friendship and comfort. That could be due to his ASC conjunct My Moon/Neptune though... My Sun is trine his Moon by 5 orb. And another guy I think I'm in love with now.. his Moon is in Cancer. I'm positive he is my twin flame.. My Sun is conjunct his Moon by 5 orb. IP: Logged |

Hmmm... interesting!! I don't have a lot of experience with this combo so maybe it just incorporates the worst aspects of Sag and Cap all into one big ball . I had one female friend with this combo before, she was always globetrotting (she seemed more her moon than her sun) and she definitely wasn't a great friend, my Gemini friends in particular couldn't stand her. Hmmm... something to think about.
My ex with whom we had the square was always physically wandering off and leaving me in the middle of parties and events, too... which I also attributed to his moon sign. But maybe he just had issues. IP: Logged |

Great idea !  Aquarius MOON in 5H, conjunct NEPTUNE (1°35), opposite PALLAS (0°08), square JUPITER (0°40) and SUN (5°43), sextile CHIRON (2°31) and semi-sextile AURA-MARS (0°22 and 0°45). And MOON parallel NEPTUNE (0°15) and MERC-ALMA (0°06 both). 1. What are the most common Moons in your circle of friends/people you get along with ?

Leeloo, I can't quote but yes to everything you said. Also, my ex with the cancer moon is a Cap sun and Venus. My MC is Cap (IC cancer obvs) and that MC is in a grand trine w Pluto, so I get gooey over Scorps, Caps, and Cancers.
I've also had many Pisces (nept conj merc in scorpio h7) and Virgos. I'm assuming the Virgo thing is bc I have a 6th h stellium involving Moon and Mars. IP: Logged |

My Moon is at 1 Scorpio, in my first house, conjunct my AC and Ceres which are both at 1 Scorpio as well. It also conjuncts my hypothetical Poseidon, because that is at 0 Scorp in my 12th house. Me: Moon in Virgo 10H tightly squaring 7H Mars and 1H Saturn. My moon also trines my 6H Taurus Sun within 3 degrees. Most of the people I know I don't have birth times for unfortunately. Social Circle
Best friend growing up: Aquarius
Brother: Taurus 9H (Loosely conjunct my sun at 7 degrees)
Current friends I'm close with: Sagittarius (4H), Taurus (10H), and Libra (6H)
Friends I'm not close with but still love: Cancer (7H), Libra, Capricorn, Libra
Other people in my social group that I still like but feel drained if we spend too much time together: Scorpio, Virgo, Sagittarius Romantic history
Ex (still friends, but not close): 29 degrees Pisces 9H (My moon conjunct his sun at 2 degrees and our suns were in an exact trine)

I have aries moon in the 3rd house. Square venus/saturn/neptune/uranus/asc. Trine jupiter. My husband (one of my best friends ) - virgo moon. His virgo moon trine my cap sun. My aries moon oppose his libra sun. Our mutual friend: aries moon/sun. Favourite cousin: Leo moon. Her moon trine my moon, her sun sextile my sun. BF from childhood (1) has sag moon. Trine my moon. My moon oppose her sun. BF from childhood (2) has libra moon. Oppose my moon. Her sun trine my sun. Friend from highschool (1): Aquarius moon. My moon oppose her sun. Friend from highschool (2): Libra moon. Oppose my moon. Makes a wide square to my sun. One friend whom I love but our friendship has always been tense: Gemini moon. my natal Moon aspects are:
Moon conjunct Mars 1°
Moon sextile Sun 0°
Moon trine Jupiter 1°

My circle of best friends:
Friend #1: Aqua Moon
We don't have any Sun-Moon aspects, but her Sun conjuncts my ASC 3° Friend #2: Aqua Moon
Her Cancer Sun widely conjuncts my Moon 9°
She's also a 12th house Moon like me. Friend #3: Aqua Moon
No aspects between Sun/Moon, but she has an exact natal Sun-Moon sextile, and so do I. I feel this "aspect resonance" could be a part of what makes us get along so nicely. For some reason I feel the most open around Aqua Moons. They get my quirkiness and I get their's. I could chat with them about anything and just be my goofy self, and they'll join in with my weirdness Friend #3: Aries Moon (Cancer Guy)

He's the one who makes me feel the strongest and most deepest form of love I thought was possible.
Our charts also have mirroring/resonating patterns between our Suns/Moons.

I would consider our synastry to be pretty great. We have tons of squares, but it's exciting and stimulating.
Though despite our "hard aspects", I'd say that our relationship is very sweet in a general sense.

I thought that would be obvious.... 2. Out of these (assuming lovers are friends, not enemies ) what are the most common Moons in your romantic history? (partners, crushes, people you attracted and are attracted to) There is no commonality. My most serious, lasting relationships have been with a Gemini moon, a Taurus moon, Virgo moon, and Libra moon (husband). 3. Mention if you have a Sun/Moon Sun/Sun aspect with those as well, and which one. -Gemini moon is a Leo sun; his sun and moon form a yod with my sun.

The Gemini moon was possibly my worst relationship experience ever. His moon conjunct my Mars (hence my oft-repeated and possibly unjustified complaint about moon-Mars conjunctions in synastry.) And please note: every serious relationship I've had is with a man with personal planets in Virgo. My Juno is at 19 Virgo, opposing my moon.

Moon-mars is just. the. worst. My first ex with the Sag moon had it conjunct my Mars and the last guy with the Sag moon had my moon trine his Mars in Scorpio and it just... no. Just, no.

He and I both felt like we were literally in flames. He actually regulated my cycle, sorry if that's TMI, but at the time...he was genuinely medicinal to me. Crashed and burned in the worst way, though.
