What do you think is the worst synastry aspect to have? In my opinion it has to be mars/Saturn affliction, every person I've had it with has buried anger or they try and plan something with that person but it doesn't work, so anger just builds up overtime and it can get abusive because so much anger is denied. Hi Orange, is this the painful connection for the Chiron person or the planets person? ------------------ what goes up must come down, so when you're feeling down, the only way to be is up IP: Logged |

usually for the Chiron person but it can go both ways. It's really painful, in my experience, and the pain comes a bit later, it's not apparent immediately. It hurts! IP: Logged |

I read that at first Chiron contacts produce bliss like no other, the pain comes later from being fallen from cloud 9. Chiron is prominent in all my relationship, natal Chiron oppose Neptune square Mars here. ------------------ what goes up must come down, so when you're feeling down, the only way to be is up IP: Logged |

I don't know chiron aspect sounds pretty bad, hard pluto aspect too, mars and then saturn… But it's individual what works for people, some people might like the competition, excitement and what follows with mars and pluto badly aspecting personal planets… but not me… And bad saturn aspect? Well I like them personally, they give so much stability, but Moon square Saturn is just really depressing I guess! Ultimately I don't think many people can handle pluto square sun or moon - i would like to bet that most people don't stay in those relationship for especially long (if they are very tight below 2 degrees) IP: Logged |

Yes, my dear It feels so good in the beginning And then it comes.. I dont really dislike Saturn crunches. One can reason with Saturn. You do that, i'd do this, contract follows. Pluto is dangerous, but it burns after time Chiron pain stays, thou. It's one of those woulda, shoulda, coulda aspects.. IP: Logged |

Maybe it's not a popular theory, but I think Moon-Sun-Venus related squares are pretty bad. When it's Mars or Saturn or even Jupiter being afflicted, you fight but you can make up, or you can fight and yet feel emotionally fine. But a Moon-Venus square, for example: the Venus person gets annoyed when the Moon person demonstrates their feelings. It's near impossible to open up. Like a certain synastry I looked at recently: the tighest aspects were Mars-Mars trine Moon-Venus square Moon-Mercury square Sun-Jupiter square Awesome sex yet the guy actually said "every time she cries, she looks ugly"--and she kept wanting to draw back and keep being bed buddies, because outside of bed his personality, the way he talked and behaved in public somehow rubbed her the wrong way. To me the worst are: Moon square Mars Mercury square MarsHad those with my best friend, he basically didn't have any patience with anything I said/felt. He eventually started "exploding" with anything I said/felt, and treated me like I was some kind of dumb whimp, wich I'm not, I'm actually a very secure person, but he saw me as a crybaby. We don't talk anymore. Then there's Mars square Saturn Mercury square Saturn Have those with my mom, It's gotten to the point where here mere presence puts me in the worst mood. It's such a disgusting feeling, she is a super irrational in her way of thinking/doing things. And I just can't even stand to take anymore. IP: Logged |

I have moon sq Venus with the guy I'm dating and of everyone I ever dated (including that one guy I married) he is the one that demonstrates to me how he feels without hesitation and I absolutely love it. quote: venus square mercury, or mercury square/opposite mercury. how can you have love and romance without communication?
We also have Merc sq Venus. The orb it wider than the V sq however. We communicate easily, openly, and often about so many things. In fact, I think that's what we like best about each other. We started communicating via email before we met. Who knows maybe it will all go wrong later. Only time will tell. The aspect I find the most difficult in synastry is when my mars is opp someone's saturn. I find they are super critical of me and that drives me insane. IP: Logged |

And you are the Venus person? Oh, well, synastry has a way to prove to me that its rules are very bendy.

Sorry! I don't know what I was thinking yesterday! I have my moon sq Pluto not Venus with all the guys I've dated seriously (except one which I had put out of my mind anyway!). they were all my same age so I think that's normal, right? since I have moon sq pl natally? With the current guy the orb is 9 because he is 6 years older. The other guy who I forgot about above was 8 years older and of course the orb is probably way out at 11-12 or something. As for moon/merc sq my Venus, I've only had it with this guy I'm dating now (3/5orb), but like I said, he really is the first guy to just come out and tell me how he is feeling which I love. For me it's a breath of fresh air. It could be because the others I've dated kept their feelings all buttoned up, especially my x husband. He showed how he felt but didn't say it very much. Or maybe too wide orbs? I'm never quite sure what orbs are most relevant in synastry. And again... maybe it will annoy me later. lol. I'll try not to let it since I'm now clued in that it's a possibility.

That sounds like some great aspects to me! Just having a connection from moon-venus, sun-jupiter or mercury-venus-moon is good in itself. It is individually if it works, but usually they are very important to have, no matter if it's oppositions, trines or squares. If a person has moon square venus in their natal chance, there is also a big chance that this is what they would like in a synastry. IP: Logged |

Mars/Uranus squares are just nearly impossible to overcome...they never let up it's like 2 ppl equally out to prove to their strength and determination to one up each other, there's no love just a constant battle of the wills! It can be fun at first but it grows tiring very quickly.IP: Logged |

Personally there is nothing I hate more than unaspected personal planets. I experienced unaspected Sun (the other person feels like a stranger), unaspected Moon (the other doesn't seem to care about your feelings), and--my personal "favorite"--unaspected Mercury (the other doesn't seem to want to talk to you). I actually had unaspected Marcury for both personal and professional relationships and it's always horrendous and even heartbreaking.IP: Logged |

Whoa this thread is depressing. LOL I'll just add moon conjunct Mars. Starts off amazing and gets worse and worse. The higher you fly, the harder you fall. IP: Logged |

I've seen some of these be very yummy if the rest of the synastry isn't too bad. Hehe Saturn is an old man that spoils the fun if aspecting wrong. Not that he's bad but not the most joyful fella to have in synastry. I've had it square Venus. I've been on both sides. What about mars conjunct Saturn? I was Saturn. How do you think mars views Saturn in that case? I pursued and they DEFINITELY seemed quite receptive!! They just wouldn't ever "close the deal". IP: Logged |
