My Venus at the antiscia of his Sun (roughly 3 degrees off)--his Venus at the antiscia of my ascendant (1 degree wide)

And so my ascendant antiscia is conjunct his venus just as his venus antiscia is conjunct my ascendant--would we term this antiscia phenomenon mutual receptivity?

Also quite beautiful and I wonder how it would affect him: his moon and his north node are the antiscia of one another...

Yun, a few watchwords:

When it comes to antiscia / contrascia -- the 'solstice points' -- remember that partile aspects are preferred, given that it's a degree 'in the shadow of' or 'mirroring' another degree.

That's why we tend to keep the orbs extremely tight. 1°. And you're being a total rebel to go to 2°. Some suggest that 1°30 might be acceptable, in certain circumstances.

Definitely sounds intense.

Funny enough we have both a square betwen Venus and Pluto natally (but not in synastry, though of course in composite it is there).

and my Mars is in the antiscion of his Venus. He must like that though, or maybe just Mars in conjunction to his Mercury, cause 2 of is former girlfriends had Mars roundabout there, too. only hte last one had it in the range for antiscion to his Venus though (they were pretty longterm though, I think about 7 years or so).

Just found that hilarious. to find that same Mars all over agian.

That's how they work; one is always 'in the shadow' of the other. Also, your ASCs are within 2° of each other, yes?

3 degrees is too much with antiscia, they are really points (of reflection), so 1 degree, 1°30 tops

no it`s a given.
if your ascendant is antiscia his Venus
then his Venus is of course antiscia oyur asc as well.

It is the same as saying

Your Moon is conjunct his Saturn, and his Saturn is conjunct your Moon. same aspect

RIGHT- duh Thank you.

...

Yeah my ascendant is 2 scorp and his is 4 scorp... gotta take a closer look at the orbs.

The exact one is the one which resonated with me as most important, which was his north node and my moon/Neptune, so what you've said about orbs makes good intuitive sense to me.

My husband loves VENUS in early-mid Virgo and a SUN in mid-late Libra. Pretty keen on an early Taurus MOON, too. His ex-wife and two ex-girlfriends ago had that Taurus MOON; then my VENUS is 1° from the ex-girlfriend's, and SUN 2°. Anytime I saw that I laughed.

But then, okay, fine. I dig Pisces MARS. My father, my husband, my development partner, and my stepdaughter. Varying degrees, but the energy is there.

And then there's my boyfriend. With the Libra MARS I always kinda secretly wanted in my life.

The antiscia of his Venus is actually near the midpoint of our two ascendants at 3'29'41 Scorpio

I became a believer when it all kind of came together for me. His MARS is contraparallel my VENUS (which I love) and then to find it 'reflecting' it as well was just such a perfectly apt image. It wonderfully captures the entire experience of those energies. I was clueless, though; waxing poetically about things without realising. Ceri did. She caught on before I did.

My VENUS had never gotten so much love before; between that and the contraparallel from his DESTINN and the parallel from PSYCHE -- it was like Christmas!

'You mean I REALLY AM a girl?'

Something like that.

So yes his North Node is at 21'45 Gemini, my moon's antiscia is at 21'48 Gemini and my Neptune's is at 21'45... Double whammy moon-north node antiscia conjunction... That feels really amazing.

Wow! Super Piscean!

Yeah, she's got Pisces rising, too. But a Capricorn SUN and Virgo MOON. Oddest thing, she's got the degree, too, which is bizarre. It's been 'passed down', but not by blood. By ... something else.

My ASC, her MOON, and my mother's SATURN are all 10° Virgo. My godmother once said how I 'inherited' her SATURN for my ASC. (Which is quite true; I did. And my father's ASC for my MOON.) But my stepdaughter's got it, too.

And the three of us are very bonded, too. It's truly special.

So, his NNODE is the antiscion of your MOON, and your NEP is on the degree? I'm trying to follow exactly.

His NNODE is 21° GEM. Your MOON's antiscion is 21° GEM. Valid solstice point link, definitely. Then your NEP is at 21°, meaning it's conjunct his NNODE, and the antiscion of your MOON?

Oh, hang on. Your NEP isn't in GEM; that much I know.

So his NNODE is the antiscion of your MOON/NEP conjunction. Yes. But how is that a dual aspect unless it's your NNODE to his MOON (or NEP)?

Would the moon North node double whammy be because of our natal moon opposition?

Also I see that my ascendant antiscia is at 27'59 Leo and his natal Venus is at 26'30 Leo-- so I guess there's a double whammy there too.

I'd love to. A film you might enjoy is Predestination (from last year, 2014). For ALL of what makes it great. But their exploration of gender identity is what makes it so unique and brilliantly done.
