He's charming and likes pleasing women, the Libra "Don't let anyone down" sides clearly visible even with me knowing him only from the eclipse - but faithful, whether after making a decision or because of the Scorpio wanting what it wants, no idea. Gets depressed at times, for being unappreciated for hard work or art made and more, among other things, so presumably does have great depths that I've barely scraped so far. I just wanted to hug him at any mention of anything such. Not sure you can do much more for a start.

In his case he likes Leos and says they like him, but your chart will obviously be different. Just funny in any case, even his childhood best friend having been a Leo girl from the age of three. Can't really say what your example person will be attracted to. This one obviously likes some flirtatiousness and humour mixed in with spicier or naughtier things in chats. I know he likes me he keeps asking me out, he's inviting me to spend the day with him and have a birthday day with him this next week with his buddies...but when we are not together he doesn't talk much.
He will asked specific questions about when I'll be around and what I'd like to do when he's in town next so he can plan around it. He does ask how I'm doing, but no chit chat unless I initiate it and then it's still brief. He always responds to me, but like I said it's direct answers and brief. I try not to bug him.

I guess the libra is seriously contained by all the scorpio? Plus his virgo Merc is conjunct his virgo Pluto 4 degrees, more scorpio influence.

The guy I know has moon conjunct pluto and he's a lot worse than the first guy I know. But his Mars is also in cancer so maybe that's why.

Libra and Scorpio are both partnership signs. Scorpio moon is second house from Libra sun. So you are having someone who is keenly aware of human nature and especially will thrive on one-on-one interaction.

A libra sun usually gains benefits from putting themselves in the other person's shoes. So their second house of income/gains is in scorpio as scorpio indicates money from other people (8th house stuff).

I have met quite a few scorpio moons. I'm close friend with a Cap sun. She's a much less confusing than the Libra combo because capricorn sun doesnt have the needs to be social. Plus only the Libra/Scorpio/Sag can have scorpio venus - which can get really jealous and possessive just on it own.

My example says I make him talk more than normally, "very rare". Basically, I kept talking whatever the case, little things here and there. (Online.) Then of course when it turned out that something that he'd written elsewhere (that I said flew right over my head) was him being stealth naughty, things went down South and the flood gates of all sorts of topics opened more so. :P

I still have to semi-bait him to talk even so, his not really volunteering anything to chat about, but apparently I do something right in luring him to chat in any case. Just to get it started every time. I don't think men have any "Let's do chit-chat or just chat for the sake of it" gene, so to speak. Or they're not used to chatting just for the sake of it and to socialize, if nothing else.

Thank you for your comment, I can tell he's into me just like a dark lurker when we are not together.

The other day we were crossing the street the man walking toward me was kind of cute so I looked the other way so i didnt meet his eye and seem like I was flirting...as the man got closer I could feel him staring at me and the guy I'm seeing noticed it to. He watched him for a second and seemed mildly annoyed then quickly looked at me(I'm pretty sure to see if I was enjoying the attention) but when he looked at me my eyes where focused on the top of this tall building and right then I commented on how much I loved the buildings architecture. He smiled, but in a way that said, he knew I knew what was going on and he knew that I had intentionally made it look like I didn't know...he kissed my hand and said, I didn't know you were into architecture.
