my experiences:conjunction - the closest i've gotten to an orgasm with a man. this is a lot 'coming' from me. very spiritual and i felt i could trust him enough to relax. turns out, i was wrong. opposition - rage, porn, ego, violence. i could never trust any of them to get closer. harsher chemistry than a conjunction, always, but no warmth. i don't care for trines and sextiles. I don't agree with the soft aspects just being friendly. This guy has his Cancer Mars trine my Pisces Venus and it's not just friendly. There is physical attraction between us. Sex with him is different he’s gentle I like his rhythm and how it feels with him. His Venus is also in my 8th house conjunct my Venus. I don't like Pisces Mars men for some reason. And Mars in Virgo either as my Saturn and Uranus square their Mars. The opposition between Mars and Venus isn't good. IP: Logged |

Hi, I have experience with both the conjunction and the sexutile. The conjunction (Venus/Mars in Leo, exact degree)- hot, intense, memorable. But fizzled out quickly (but we had Pluto/Venus/Moon/Mars contacts, so I was very obsessed despite things not going well). The sextile (Venus in Leo, Mars in Libra, +-1 degree) - very soft, playful, enjoy being around each other sexually/non-sexually. We are married and in a very healthy relationship. His Venus is also in Sagittarius. Let me know if you want more details. ------------------ Lilith conjunct ASC in Taurus. Mostly fixed/cardinal energy. An emotional Cancer chicka. Pls send help IP: Logged |

I think Venus conjunct Mars gets underestimated sometimes—people often focus on the tension or potential for conflict, but in my experience, it's been incredibly magnetic and energizing in the best way. I recently had this aspect with a coworker, and honestly, it felt like meeting the male version of myself! There was this fun, flirty vibe that felt really natural and playful. He also has Mars square Jupiter, which I think just amplified the good times—lots of enthusiasm, spontaneity, and a bit of over-the-top charm. 😄 It’s my first time experiencing this conjunction in synastry, and I have to say, it blows the opposition out of the water for me. Not that the opposition wasn't meaningful—I’ve had some really memorable connections there too—but this one had that effortless chemistry that’s hard to ignore. IP: Logged |

Venus sextile mars coupled with another hard mars aspect between a couple could make the dynamic very sexy and intense. Sextiles are soft, but the energy coming in from say a mars square mars would turn up the HEAT while also keeping things rather smooth at the same time. The best relationship I ever had, chemistry-wise/ sexually. IP: Logged |

Definitely true. The relationship where I shared the most attraction was only 6 months long and had several hard aspects: Venus square Venus, Mars square Mars AND a Venus opposition Mars double whammy! But, as he said when we split up, I didn’t want to stay in it just for the sex. We did also have some great Mercury, NN and Jupiter aspects. It was super hard to let go of, even though it felt too restrictive (sun conjunct Saturn in the composite) Compared with my current relationship where there is a lot of attraction along with a strong feeling of comfort and love. I’d say that his Venus in cancer trine my Mars in Scorpio contributes to us having a very similar sexual style. It’s not an uber passionate aspect but contributes to us really liking each other. At first I was a little confused because I thought the familiarity was so strong that it might end up being platonic but we’ve got other stuff going on in synastry that increases attraction, like ASC conjunct ASC and Venus, moon square Mars and some soft pluto aspects. Interestingly the composite itself has Venus (and Sun conjunction) in Cancer opposition Mars in Capricorn and as someone else mentioned above it can feel like that one person is interested in the moment and the other isn’t - so that our timing is off but it definitely helps to stoke the fire IP: Logged |
