as sally's birthday comes around, I found myself drawn back to Lindaland. I miss you all. I'm doing very well. I have my MFA in Poetry and I'm a leasing agent for an apartment complex.

I have frequently received similar vibes as you have regarding the whole situation. In Gooberz, Robert seemed condenscending and dismissive towards Linda at times. These are things that a lady is likely to ignore when she is really in love. And as for Linda's jealousy....well, there are times that a body gives one good darned reason to be jealous. Linda's Venus in detriment in Aries here doesn't deal well with jealousy when it is falsely perceived, let alone when one's boyfriend is kissing his ex. I am acquainted with the jealousy factor all too well, being a Venus in Aries gal myself. Robert also has Moon in Scorpio. Moon is fallen in Scorpio and is thus a difficult position to rise above, keeping in mind that I didn't say it is impossible. Moon in Scorpio, among other things CAN be cruel and calculating...difficult traits for an Aries to comprehend.

With that said, I think it is quite fair to say that neither party rose above the limitations of their charts, which would be a condition for immortality and the cohesiveness of the Twin S-elf bond. And while I do agree that Robert wasn't really the hero Linda thought he was, that doesn't negate the fact that he could be. When you consider infinity, thousands of life times to iron it all out and get it right are mere blinks of the eye in time. I do feel that Robert and Linda were/are/will be Twin S-elves, it just didn't work out this time. If you work out the very obvious hints about his chart and compare it with hers, we can all see that they were quite compatible.

This is all so heartbreaking to deal with at times. Linda had a talent for wrapping us up in her beauty and magic. It has been difficult for me and I think all of you to accept the reality of this now at this moment. I started reading Linda Goodman's books when I was 13; I am nearly 31 now. Many of my own personal ideals stem from her teachings. But I think that Linda spent a lot of time refusing to see the truth of now, feeling that it was false in the grander scheme of this. I caution us all, including myself, not to fall into that trap.

With that said, I am happy to be here and hope that I haven't hurt or offended with my post. I feel a deep soul connection to Linda and her life and words as I am sure you all do. It is a link that many would scoff at but that I know you would all understand.
