And daily dosages of Milk Thistle can only help.

Doctors are even taking notice about Milk Thistle's ability to regenerate the liver with no side effects. That's saying a lot, since it's super cheap and nonprescription.

After so many studies, doctors finally accept it and recommend it. The pharmaceutical companies wish they could turn it into a drug.

You have to be careful calling me a genius around here. My "detractors" may object. Of course, having detractors kind of makes me feel important. Why else would they care?

No I haven't bought any yet.

I have fallen back I must admit. This past weekend I went to a wedding and must admit that I drank alcohol, not alot but nevertheless. I drank low-alcohol beer and had a glass of champagne.
I was fine the day after but rather felt guilty I drank alcohol.
On the good side, I managed to find non-alcoholic beer in the shops!

Hi Lotusheartone; Fieryscales, Randall!!
Thank you very much for your answers... I haven't been around for a while now, my baby is taking most of my time.

Lotus: Wouldn't be painful being an Immortal when you have to see many of your beloved ones die? What's the point of being an Immortal when you'll be alone after all your people have gone? It scares me a lot!! Wouldn't one feel weak after all this and fail to the way of Immortality?

Don't mortals see the same thing--lots of death and loved ones passing away?

Good point randall! Also as an immortal, knowing the truth, you can influence your loved ones of your passion for living.

You'll see all of your loved ones again in future incarnations.

I think one of the worst things would be, as an Immortal, your loved ones didn't want to believe in it and they live their liveds the way they wanted to, not been ready to accept immortality.

I saw Milk Thistle in a health shop yesterday but it was expensive, so I never purchased it. But first I must do research on it before I actually buy it.
