Got the second number down to 80 last week, but I have no idea how I did it. It was only for one day.------------------

do you feel like your pressure is higher than it should be? that is, is it causing issues for you? perhaps your body is more suited to a slightly higher bp... ------------------

Haven't checked mine lately, but I feel like it's low. LL was my main thing to worry about, and LL is healthy now.------------------

I added DHA to my supplementation; it's better than EPA.------------------

There is some disagreement as to what strength of magnet is effective on the human body. some say only the very strongest will work, while others seem to get results with regular/average strengths. Plus some think that it is most effective to drink water in which a magnet has been placed.------------------
