I heard apple cider also gives you very shiny hair.

To drink it? Or use it on the hair?

After shampooing pour the apple cider vinegar over your hair and massage it into your scalp. Rinse with warm water, then cool water. The smell may be strong at first, but it will fade and you won’t spend the day smelling like salad dressing. Use this rinse once a week to maintain shiny, healthy hair. This rinse also has the added benefit of restoring your hair’s natural pH balance and soothing itchy scalp and dandruff.

I keep both flaxseed oil and cayenne by the coffeepot at all times, cause I am NOT giving up my coffee! Aspirin has been known to help, so willow bark probably would as well.

Also, would Charm be aware of Stevia as a sweetener?

Salt is everywhere anyway. I meant adding additional salt.

We have a need for extra salt to cope with the toxic environment in which we live. Let taste be your guide.

Pulse rate was 78. Not too bad. My resting rate upon waking is 72, which is what Linda said is normal in her numerology chapter. Of course, athletes will have a lower one.

Yes, a great antibiotic. Good to use externally and internally. I am thinking to get a salt pipe and smoke it too!

Sea salt is readily available, but some say rock salt is better.
