Lemme see.. I'm from everywhere! I'm British. I was born in India because my grandfather (English and Spanish links) was in the British Army out there. He loved India and stayed. He somehow met my grandmother (who is Dutch mixed with Polish and Russian)  and brought up my dad, aunts and uncles out there. Hence I was born in Calcutta, and the family moved back to the UK. Apparently, our family originated in Newcastle, UK at the beginning of the 19th century, but we're still trying to discover where we're actually from! IP: Logged |

Polish and White trash! I have an olive skin complexion that tans beautifully in about 15 min! I don't tan now, it can be blistering here in AZ. And of course, dangerous.IP: Logged |

Lets see, Moms side:
Father: 50% German & 50% Russian.
Mother: 100% German
Dads side:
Mother: 100% German
Father: dont know percentages were still discovering his side, of course after his death and the death of his other family memebers makes the search very hard and tedious, but from what we do know, he was German, French, Prussian and ..... wow I blacked it out .... I know there is one more and for the life of me I cant think of it right now ..... it will come to me! give me a few .... Me - when I was born i had bright blonde hair with blue eyes. At about 10 yrs of age my hair began to get darker and my eyes turned green. Now my hair is light brown, im tall 5'9", slender, (in fact most think im under wieght for my height - but I eat like a pig:laughing olive colored skin. I am a spitting image of my father, as I was the second child in the family. ill get back and edit this post to add the last line that we know of right now - i just cant seem to think of it! ang-

ooh nice topic. I'm about 75% Irish on my Mom's amd Dad's side of the family, but on my Dad's side my Grandpa is from Milan, Italy. So I'm also a quarter Italian. I definately look Irish though.  Thankfully I don't look like a leprauchan! IP: Logged |

Lesee here...Mother was born in the US, but she was half Spanish and half Italian. My father's 100% Spanish though. My mother's father was a third-generation Italian though, so I'm pretty much 85% Spanish, 15% Italian. I have dark hair, and have a tendency to look a bit pale if I don't make an effort to go out in the sun a lot. But I tan very easily. IP: Logged |

Hmmm, my mum's family was all Irish, and then my dad's was German, Scottish, and more Irish. So I'm three-quarter's Irish, and then a quarter German/Scotch.Aside from that, full-blooded American! Fun topic! IP: Logged |

My dad and both his parents were born in Holland.
He came here when he was eight.
My grandfather on my mother's side ( the one we lost this year  .) his parents emmigrated from Polland just before he was born. He was Canadian though.. My Grandmother that he married, was born in Nova Scotia, Canada. I think England was the original place her parents emmigrated from, but Newfies, all the way.
So that makes me a whole lot Dutch, A wee bit Polish, and a wee bit newfie..... But born and raised in wonderful *yet cold in the winter* CANADA.
