Okies, here it is.
Think of a memorable or favorite quote from a movie. Instead of posting what movie it was from or what actor/character made the statement. Let someone else guess!

Ready? Ok, here's mine ;
(sang)
"There is no
Life I know
To compare with
Pure imagination
Living there
You'll be free
If you truly
Wish to be"

This is the only quote I can think of at the moment ~

got one for ya ....

"What if I told you insane was working fifty hours a week in some office for fifty years at the end of which they tell you to **** off; ending up in some retirement village hoping to die before suffering the indignity of trying to make it to the toilet on time? Wouldn’t you consider that to be insane?"

Marcia, what a wild synch that was, I just saw that movie (again) not long ago, and wrote down that quote, because it resonated with me so much, I put it in my diary, and..and..just thought I'd share my excitement,

carry on..

Aaaw, did I kill the game? Was it too obscure? Too profane?

Anyway, that quote was from Reese Witherspoon's character Vanessa Lutz in Freeway... I love that movie! I Vanessa too, defintely one of my favourite characters from a movie, lol.

Ok.... here's another one

Oliver Rose: And you better get yourself a damn good lawyer!
Barbara Rose: Best your money can buy!

AG~ War of the Roses

This one's kinda long... had to look it up at IMDB.com

"Just because I have no wish to murder you before the eyes of your daughter, does not mean parading her around in front of me is going to inspire sympathy. You and I have unfinished business. And not a godd*mn f***in thing you've done in the subsequent four years, including getting knocked up, is going to change that."

I liked that part (except not all of it)

I have no quotes to quote that come to mind.

LS, Wayne's World?

Memories are wonderful things, if you don't have to deal with the past.
