Did anybody ever finally clean up? Well at least this go round we didn't break any furniture......  *reels from sugar hangover* That's it! I really have to lay off those things!! Tonight gotta go to a DA meeting, (got little enough free time as it is, with the TA meetings!) *spies donut piece and crumbs on floor* Ah, just that one, little hair of the dog won't hurt. Your colors are soooo beautiful... *munching sounds, curls into fetal position on floor* I think I should sue Crispy Creme for not informing me on how addictive they were!! Having thoroughly researched the subject of donut liability, I have found clinical test reports tying donuts to the following physical and psychological disorders.Acute depression
aggression
ADD
BB
BO
Acute roundness
anorexia
impotence
frigidity
nymphomania
insomnia
obstructive sleep apnea
narcolepsy
glaucoma
ingrown nails
hair loss
hypersensitivity Further research shows that not one of the major purveyors of donuts have any warning posted in their shops putting consumers on notice that eating their products could cause any of the listed physical or psychological problems. The deep pockets franchisers of these health robbing products are:
Winchell's Donuts
Dunkin' Donuts
Krispy Kreme Donuts I was also able to document that major supermarkets also make and sell donuts in their stores and fail to post adequate notices as well. Looks as though a class action lawsuit is in order but due to proposed federal legislation to limit class action lawsuits to federal courts, I recommend immediate filing. California is the state in which to file for maximum awards. For our Canadian friends, it is imperative you cross the border into the US and purchase donuts at one of the listed shops, demand a receipt, which will document your standing to sue in American courts. Study the list of maladies carefully to see which disorder(s) eating donuts caused in your case. Please save your donut receipts, the more documentation, the better.
