Anyway, I'm very disappointed, frustrated and a tad mad about how my whole job stuff went. I was given the impression by this woman that I'd have an interview for the secretarial job I sent my resume for, through this temp agency. I go there, the woman doesn't seem acknowledge why I'm there, just hands me papers to fill out. I bring it up she doesn't seem to care. I fill out the papers for a half hour, then she gives me some crappy little interview (mind you this is the temp agency not the job i want) where she's writing down the answers before I say anything. Then when I answer questions about why I haven't had a job in 3 months and why I left a 4 year college, she looks at me like I am the laziest piece of **** walking this earth. And she had no emotion except for "pity me, ho hum, my life is so terrible" I got to hear about how horrible her personal life had been for 2 days.

At least my typing test there showed that i type 75 wpm with 100% accuracy. I hope that counts for something. She claims she will call me in a week and if she doesn't, to call her. At this point I was just like...yeah right.

So I was so mad,I came home, printed out a bunch of resumes, went back out there and dropped them off at a few places...mixed bag of responses by those people. I keep looking for a receptionist job...some of the receptionists don't take lightly to you handing a resume for exactly that to them. Then I applied at some coffeeshops in hope that even maybe a part time job pops up.

It also doesn't help that some so-called friends say crap like "this area sucks" "There's no jobs here" even though they are working here and plan on staying for years. Then they wonder why I jump down their throat for not even trying to be supportive in the least.
