Oh and if potential employers saw my chart they I might never get a job once they saw that Uranus conj. MC. I can be the hardest worker out there (earth signs) but other times I just dont care and I've walked out of many a job. Uranus suqare Mars anyone...?  IP: Logged |

Hi everybody!!!!  
Been off a couple days... My daughter pre-empted the comp. pretty much all weekend (how dare she? it only belongs to her!!!)
I must sleep soon, just wondering who's up in the nieghborhood!!!And to say, this place has done it for me again, felt so disconnected and strange the last couple days... nothing I can put a finger on, little bit of everything? Rather than just linger there finally decided to read a few posts and see what's been up, and feel better already!!! nice place to come home to..... IP: Logged |

It was nice, actually, my daughter and her boyfriend brought me flowers and we had dinner together... totally unexpected!!!

Valentine's day is the worst if you're single.... Intellectually I know it's just another day... but seems like everywhere you look they're all paired up!!!

Hey 26!! I had a busy but somewhat uneventful day. Spent the afternoon with my dear friend and her 3 yr. old, (the place was already a mess but..,) then after that my daughter and her boyfriend showed up and spent the evening here...They are such sweet kids and at present the center of the love in my life....
He's a sweet sag and she a dbl Libra (makes life interesting with my Aries!!) his family life was abysmal and he's finally on his own at 18, feel like I'm one of the few adults he looks up to, so really feels like family... IP: Logged |

yeah, she's 17 but still has another year in highschool... for now she pretty much lives with her boyfriend. Strange situation with her + I, she went to live with her father at 12 and just came back to me last spring, (trading in an adolescent for a nearly grown woman was freakish - so much still her but so different!! in some ways it seemed to me that only a day went by!)So its kinda like I went through the empty nest syndrome once already, (with all the letting-go that involves) and now it's happening again, but not as difficult as last time (when she returned it was a shock to be Mom again full-time, so having her around part-time now suits me just fine!) Plus mom-daughters have their natural conflicts, but the Aries/Libra vibes can make us crazy with each other!! IP: Logged |

That's nice that she's back with you. And nice that you've already dealt with that empty nest syndrome. I remember when I was 17 I was out of the house already. And my mom didnt mind a bit! LOL I know all about the mother daughter craziness. We did NOT get along for a long time. I know what you mean about the oppositions. Her Saturn was exactly opposite my Sun. Wasnt fun.  She's a good soul though. I love her dearly. It seems like a nice situation you two have come to now.  That's great. IP: Logged |

Yeah, I was out of the house at 17 myself, (living with a 28 yr-old Cal. hippie no less!) think I gave my poor mom a heart attack,  , so I know better than to stand in her way!!!It is a nice arrangement, but a little disconcerting when your teen-age kid's love life is better than yours!!! (watching them all cootchy-coo, there ought to be a law!!!  ) very soon I'm gonna get it together and post some pictures!!! And some art, and charts..... IP: Logged |

Aw geeze.....  (my  moon is purring....)And I did meet someone the other night out..... but 17 yrs my junior at 29..... alot of fun though (ack! another libra) Very interesting guy - works 12 hr shifts to support his recent entry into law school (wants to be an environmental lawyer to help save the planet) so I don't know when I'd ever get to see him.... he told me he'd get his birthtime to me, so will be interesting to take a look at that! Did seem quite infatuated which was the strokes I needed right now.... *sigh* see how that plays out!!.... IP: Logged |
