Marcia- Shwew!!!! lol  Pix- too funny, I was thinking about doing the same thing! It seems that when people act out of character, you know it really isn't them, they just need to vent..and I'd be willing to take a few hits to spare someone else, as I could see past it...there is a bigger picture here.....we've all been there. Calliope~ I hear ya and thank you......Gee, how to explain.....hey where is Pix, she could probably explain this better than I.....but here goes....Under "normal" circumstances I would be in 100% agreement with you...however, there is nothing "normal" about these circumstances, something else is going on. Please try to understand that none of this is normal, especially with all who are involved.  And by the way "Welcome to Lindaland" oh sure, its probably kinda late, but I didn't see you come in. First, the damage control, you assess what is going on. Sometimes we give people more slack, depending on the situation (the parts we know and then the parts we sense)
We know this is unlike her, therefore we try to help how we can, and after all is said and done, if an apology is needed, we understand that the person involved would absolutely illicit one, with no urging needed.
This is a friend, someone we know. She is upset.
No matter what she says or does, above all is a sense of concern... Sorry if it upsets everyones sensitivity and sensibilities, but some things are forgiveable in light of the bigger picture.IP: Logged |

 And also. Noreenz~ You explained something perfectly, and then asked me to explain it.
So I did as well, but that doesn't take away the way you explained it. I think we meant the same, right? Aww, I know... we all want the best for this place. We have lost some good people other times.. some through being busy, evolution, and some through strife, wrong or right.
I know I for one, miss the lovely Tink. ( The real 'tinkerbelly') I really do, I thought about it earlier today, when all this "I am leaving" stuff cropped up. I really hate to see people go. ( many fixed signs in my chart?) No, I really develop feelings for people, naturally. And I want them , even if I don't see them everyday, I want them to post in time to time, and give me the warm feeling of knowing them... you know?
I am too sappy.
I mean, I love when people drop by for tea.. and it's like that here....
