Rainbow..yep, I rarely forget a face. I just watched the fifth part of INTO THE WEST...I taped it on the DVR...it got me very angry...seeing the school for the kids and all...reminded me of the book Mother Earth Spirituality, were Eagle Man talks of the missionaries telling his mom, it was good for him to go to the schools and she never let him go, if only many others knew no to let there little ones go too.

Your Son and his GirL are beautiful Together...some pictures just show pure joy in people.

Okay i am out of here for another ten days or so...lol

Hello, Rainbow, dear One.....

I was wondering whether you have any opinions on the prophecies about the 'Earth Changes'. Do you believe in them? Do you think Mary Summer Rain and No-Eyes were right, if you've read the book? And, last but not least, do you happen to know any Indigenous people who are taking the prophecies so seriously that they are preparing for the changes, and willing to guide/prepare anyOne (skills, where to go, etc) who wishes to be receive their help?

This is the beginning of my research into the matter! I AM concerned, since studying environmental science, since reading some of the native prophecies...and most recently, since reading the words of Mary Summer Rain and No-Eyes, who really DO seem genuine! Oh my! Well, if her vision of the UK really was accurate...that it was submerged under water, then I MUST get out! I need to stick around to prepare the damage!

Phew! I shall now try and calm down (lol, by first taking a bath- then by finishing Mary Summer Rain's book 'Pheonix Rising'!!).

On a lighter note(lol)- I'm curious- how did you originally become involved with performance and TV?

Thorshammer, you know....I'm thinking of you. Sending you love and wrapping warm wings of peace around you.

Coming in late here, but answering the question anyway.

My mother's mother's mother was full blood Cherokee.
I think that makes me an 8th.
Unfortunately somewhere along the lines the tribal # got lost.
Wish i knew where to find it.

I remember as a small child a dream/want to live on a reservation in a teepee with a warrior.

My coloring is different than the majority of my family.
My hair is strawberry blone, golden in the sun, and my eyes are blue.

A little over a year ago, i was outside watching the sun come up and a lone white wolf came to me, and my daughter, as we danced in the drive way, rejoicing over the morning stars.
She was traveling east to west.
Very large animal.
None of the other yard dogs made a sound.

Some have told me, that it could not have happened, but it was real.

I've always felt very close to the Native American's.
I've been told by one, that I live in Indian time, because I have no sense of time, as we know it to be in hours or days...

Thankyou, GingerB.

That was beautiful. How very special.

I would like to live in a Teepee with an Indian warrior or Chief too.

I have strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes too (snap)...though the 'strawberry' is from the henna I occasionally put in it to add thickness- I think it looks more 'magickal' than plane old dark ash blonde. You have it naturally, lucky girl.

I love wolves. I would like to have witnessed that special moment you had in the birth of the dawn. Beautiful. White wolves do exist, so why not?

Oh, this is my new user name- I was LostInStrangeWorld!

Love and Light

Its good to see you all.

Juniperb.....you're right. Thats the way we should be looking at it. She hasn't gone. She's just gone home.
When I heard the news, I couldn't believe it. I convinced myself it would't happen. It doesn't feel like she's gone. Well, maybe thats because, in a way- she hasn't.

I really miss Rainbow. Perhaps I didn't know her as well as some of you. But, I have to say- that with my limited (previously) use of the net; not having that much time to get to know anyone intimately here- well, I just feel that she was one of the warmest. She emanated such warmth- she was one of those people who always could make you feel better; that someone cares.

When I was pregnant with Tom, she asked me to keep her updated, but I didn't. So much was happening in my life- changes, moving house, etc. I was messed around with one broadband company waiting for my modem to arrive, and only recently got access to the internet.

I sent Rainbow a letter with some pictures in......but she died two days before it arrived. I am SO gutted.

Maybe she can, somehow, read it from where she is now......

We miss you, Rainbow

I'm sure that Rainbow knows what was in your letter, LTT

I know that she is still with us in spirit but still she is very much missed. She was indeed a truly warm and loving person.

Ginny was also very compassionate and empathetic. She had a lot of water in her chart so she was very sensitive and easily hurt but also a very strong woman. She was one of a kind.

Yes, that is very much how I feel

I think I may have originally put a poem at the top of this thread- I can't remember- I must have edited it out!

I'm off to see if I can find the film 'A Walk In The Sacred Manor' on Youtube or somewhere
