Lastest report is that over 500 people have died from that monsoon.

several dead due to rains in bombay, fire breaks out in ongc's bombay high oil platform ...10 dead, blast in the train in bihar, several dead there too!

what is happening to india? is it saturn's presence in leo (india is leo sun) that is doing it?

For the South Asians who passed away from the monsoon, and who lost their family and homes.

Archer, that's interesting....India (Aug 15, 1947)and Pakistan (Aug 14, 1947) almost share the same birthday, yet cannot get along. And Bangladesh's is an Aries sign (March 26), Afghanistan is a Leo as well (Aug 19)...Too much fire over there!! Hey Sri Lanka's Aquarian (Feb 4), and very with that 4 birthday number.

it all settled in just 1 day. and mumbaikars were very co-operative to each other. but yes there was some loss of life.

last night there was arumor around juhu beach spread by some people that they se a large wave comming otward to the shore. in panic people ran and there was a stempped. some died there too!

now everything is fine.

There are terrorist camps in pakistan .. and the report was published on the front page of yesterdays most important newspaperof India .. ie The Times Of India..
It sarcastically mentioned .. "if General Musharraf (Pakistan's head) has any problems in tracking the capms in his country he may read this article.." ; it also read that these camps are spread in all parts of pakistan..
As for India .. I live in India .. but not in that part which is affected..
day befgore yesterday the rains again poured badly.. the water is upto 5 feet in some places.. the many dams nearby had to let go lots n lots of water for fear that their walla would break .. and thus followed the drowning of hundreds of villages around mumbai .
An aeroplane that was landing on a mumbai airport skidded into the grass for 300 metres and fortunately stopped 10 metres before the wall (before death).
All this and much more .. the reporters who report .. do report impassioned .. and lament the same old story that the Govt. failed failed failed!
Mumbai is the commercial capital of the coultry .. also the indian film industry is located there.. the actors earn so much money .. millions of dollars annually .. not even one has till now come forward..
Every now and then Shah Rukh Khan (india's tom cruise) gives great interviews and the reporters shower praises on him .. that he's a man's man etc etc !
all crap! he's a ******* scorpio .. even then he hasnt come forward.. Let him drown there!

Hey guy_me_19, Im of Pakistani-Kashmiri background. I think the bollywood actors should take the place of all the poor people of India, and drown instead, for being so greedy.

Sorry that came out so negative, but that's how I feel right now...not really a rational Aqua moment...but oh well.
