I have a job interview with a counseling center this Friday. It will be my first job in the field of psychology. I hope I get the job.

My interview went very well today. They said they want to pursue employment with me, and they will make me an official offer after my background test is complete and my references check out. woot! So I will be a residential rehab counselor.

So I gave 2 weeks notice at my other job today. They were very understanding. I just have to get a reference form filled out by the board of education where I used to substitute teach. I will do that on monday before work.
