Only physical, eh? Even though he's the pposite of what i normally like? Hmm.. i have my suspicions...

and what suspicions are these???????

if it's only physical - it has no appeal to me. i need more than that. when it's based purely on physicality - it can be anyone, anywhere, anytime. it has nothing to do with the person - no intimacy - it's just meeting a physical need. which, quite frankly, you can do by yourself. it serves no purpose. no appeal.

quote:
He's actually really emotional. I read this interview with him about Rome, and during the interview he almost cried 3 different times. *Dreamy sigh*... Oh James, you poor tortured artist you.

speaks "gerard butler" to me. same conversation - where he cried to the director about phantom. you just love this type, don't you?

not sure i like the tortured artist. too self-indulgent for me. it would be all about them. not good - not balanced. i guess i can't see why a person living a life so priveliged where they get to do something they LOVE and make a living doing it - is tortured. doesn't fit with me.

not sure about overly emotional men either. just a bit too - needy - i think - like they need a mother figure. i like mental people - and i like emotional as in sensitive and emotional honesty - coming from the heart - wearing it on your sleeve.

MAYBE?!?!?!?!!!!! Whatcha gonna do about it, punk?!!!

Yes, yes, i know that you like your sweet, sincere, stable men. But, stable is something i can admire in a man, not be attracted to. That sounds bad... really bad actually... but it's the truth. So when you say you need a man who's sensitive and emotionally honest, i say "Good. I'm glad. I'm glad that's what you're looking for, but it's not what i want."

Stable isn't passionate to me. It's not dangerous, or urgent, or dependent, or possessive.

I sound like i need therapy...

Hmm... maybe i should just pipe down for a while. *crickets chirp*

Blue Moon, i don't really think you have a choice, darling!

I think that if you sat beside the fence on the playground, instead of gossiping with us, we would swarm around you 'til you gave in to temptation! ^_^

sweet? where did you get that from? i like sweet men? ROFL.

sincere - most definitely. but sweet - isn't a requirement - nice is - but i like the darker side to people as much as the light because i understand both.

not sure where you got the stable thing from either. we have 32 pages and over 700 posts - i don't think there is a page where i haven't mentioned robert downey jr. oh, yeah! i can see that i really like stable men who reflect me well. actually, probably someone stable would be good for me. i'm fairly high energy so someone stable would be a good balance.

you can keep your obsessive, possessive, passionate man. i'll have none of that - spells too much hard work for me - means someone who is only interested in themselves. and when you are with someone like that you become invisible, worthless and you lose yourself and disappear.

how have we offended you?

not enough mentions of russell, aaron, christian, james, etc?

actually - speaking of aaron - how is it that he has escaped my radar. i love that pic of yours on the last page with christian. ah, i understand your dilemma. well, kind of - i'm really into christian. he's the exception to my younger man rule - the only one.

Just face it, me and Jim are tight:

Sun CNJ Sun 1*
Mercury CNJ Mercury 1*
Venus CNJ Mercury 1*
Venus CNJ Mars 2*

and so on.

But what do I do with that Cancer Venus, rattling against Uranus?

A close friend of mine has a similar chart interaction:- trines with Sun and Mercury, Opposition and Squares Mars and Venus, but with Moon at 9* Cancer. When we were teenagers I was not capable of dealing with that at all, so our timing was all out there. He wanted to be my boyfriend but I was just too young. A shame really, he is lovely. Oh well.

That made me laugh so much I just spilt vegetable soup all over a pile of books I am sorting out here.

It was meant to be my sulky cat picture.

My mother is Leo Sun, Aries Moon. She is the master of the Leo sulk. Her sister is Cancer Sun, Aries Moon. We get on but I say: now don't go crying on me. They both want their feelings to be prioritised.

not so bad. i take it, without reading back, that it's a conjunction. not that bad. i like the outer planets very much - so uranus is where you shine - your brilliance. think that you two could create something masterful and nurturing through love and excitement.

No, it's Square.

I think we would have the potential of being good friends, in some ways alike, in some ways very different.

my mother is leo too. too much theatrics for me. i'm over it. everything is like this huge theatrical production. i love the way that leos make something about themselves and how they centre it around themselves - especially when it had nothing to do with them to begin with. LOL.

This might make me sound a bit bonkers, but sometimes you can feel what people are like through a chart. This is one of those few times.

But like I say, the chart interaction reminds me of an existing friendship. So I am not just going on an empty page, if you get me. Not that the aspects are the same, at all. But there is an overall similarity.

yeah - square has totally different dynamic to conjunction. highligts the differences. personally, i like people who are different to me because they allow me to experience different things - as well as to find those different parts of myself - they can bring them out. it's not a bad thing. but, i like constant motion and constant change. way too much aries in my chart - along with my aqua moon. russell crowe and i are both aries sun, aqua mooners. his ascendant is aquarius whereas i'm aries. we have interesting synastry. i think we'd be like really good friends too - nothing more - i'm not feeling it that way. saw a pic of him online standing next to christian bale the other day - and he looks small next to cb - lol! i think because of his reputation you think of him as being bigger - or more physically dominant.

no no no. not bonkers at all.

i think you can get a very distinct feel for people - that's what i base it on - no matter how good looking or whatever - i go by feel. how i feel about them when i see them. how i sense they would feel about me. would they like me or not? how we would work together - would it be romantic, sexual, meeting of minds, soul, etc? yeah - it's a HUGE factor for me.

i think ewan mcgregor and i would get on well. but it would be really a brother and sister thing. our synastry is awesome. my synastry with robert downey jr is brilliant. and i've always FELT a connection with him - the astrology just confirms it.

i always go by feel.

Isn't he just wider?

Oh I saw Christian Bale in Rescue Dawn this week. He was excellent, and I enjoyed the film. But reading up about it there was criticism of it because it was based on real events but wasn't accurate about other characters and their families were upset (justifiably).

Meta has Aqua Moon CNJ my Mars. So does my Dad. I love it. He has a way of calming me down by putting things in context in a rational and objective way.

I'd like to get a feel of James. Or Ewen. Or Russell. Or Christian. Or Aaron. Any of them really, I'm not fussy.

What about one for each letter of the Alphabet? I just need to think on a B and D.

and it's always interesting how we attract certain "types" of people - even at various times in our lives. or we bring back something that we didn't deal with or learn from before. for me it's not so much aspects or chart placements - but birthdays is a running thing for me. i always attract people with the same birthdates - there's just a few - but it's a constant.

LOL - yeah - i'll take Christian if your hands are already full with the others. it would be my duty, i feel, to help unload your, ummm, workload.

Christian has this beautiful intensity about him - that i just love. i always get the feeling about him that that whole batman character holds a lot more of him than would be comfortable.

how does mr bm feel about this? LOL!

i always find moon and mars aspects awkward personally. but natally mine are square. so that has a lot to do with it. but no matter the aspect, it's always awkward - it seems to bring out some strange tension from within me. my mars is in my 2nd house too and as aries sun its my chart ruler so it plays a big part in my make-up astrologically speaking. the taurus mars and aqua moon are not really a good balance, i don't think - two totally different needs there.
