OK...just up to take some more heavy pain meds and down again but wanted to pop in a moment here.
Torn muscles take months to heal.
At least I did not require surgery.
However it is my cane arm/shoulder so now walking is severely compromised.
So is typing.

As to typing all that out;
hell no!
I did NOT type all that;
that would be utterly stupid and a waste of my time.
I copy cut and pasted from Scrabble word lists.
Also I am not able to type all that with torn muscles and partially blind, and even just being disabled I would not because I type with one finger as I am unable to type using both hands and all my fingers are damaged.
