We are having the weather roller coasters here too.
Got up to 50 and then down to 20 or so at night.
Hard on the body.
Freaky weather!
We even had thunder and lightning the other night while it was snowing!
Then 35 mph winds making the windchill weicked.

Snow is precipitation, so I guess that makes sense.

Yes, snow hail.
Very hard on plants and cars.

Been mostly bed bound for nearly a week to date.
Vomiting until the dry heaves.
I need to lose weight;
but agony and vomiting is not how.
Ate some light chicken soup;but it is not sitting well.
Not sure if it is food poisoning or HAE or something else. Th last I felt like this was in 1973

Try eating tortilla chips. It's almost a miracle cure.

Licorice is pretty effective. Ginger works well for sea sickness or motion sickness, so it might also help.
