Thank you all so much for opening up the world of Duads to me.
So, can one do duads on any planet? Any angle?
So-the duads are divided into 2.5 segments.Right?
The more I think of the Virgo duad for my venus, it fits. I am like a bloodhound with smells.
Once I went to a restaurant with family. I smelled a huge smell of gas. I said I was not going to go in. They laughed at me and poo- pooed me. However, later on the news we found they closed the entire street for a gas leak ten minutes later.Please, tell me your experience with duads in all the various planets and angles. ------------------

yes you can.There are basically two different systems. Dwads: Each sign begins with ARies- Duad Duads: Each sign begins with its own sign-Duad.
Example:
A planet on 1 Taurus will be in Taurus-Duad, A planet on 1 Leo in Leo Duad etc.

I figured out "duads" only. The chart made accuracy much easier. I found every planet/angle and the nodal axis. Adds a lot of depth to interpreting them. They definitely reflect everything that's in the chart. They are like reinforcements and validations.I read about them on a previous thread and have seen them mentioned various places, just too mentally lazy to look into them, then I became intrigued and wanted to figure all mine out. I have an astrology software and it shows duads  Some of mine:
Asc - Capricorn
Sun - Leo
Moon - Virgo (which kinda sucks lol)
Mercury - Libra
Venus - Pisces
Mars - Aries
MC - Leo
DSC - Cancer What funny is, some of the decanates are the same as duads, like for ASC it's Capricorn, Jupiter - Sagittarius, Uranus - Taurus, DSC - Cancer.
If you give me your data, I can tell you all your duads and decanates

Fine, I'll list mine..Sun: Aries -> Virgo
Moon: Sag -> Scorpio
Mercury: Aries -> Cap
Venus: Taurus -> Sag
Mars: Aries -> Pisces
Jupiter: Sag -> Aries
Saturn: Scorpio -> Scorpio
Uranus: Sag -> Pisces, conj Mars
Neptune: Sag -> Scorpio, conj Moon
Pluto: Libra -> Virgo, conjunct Sun
Asc: Cap -> Libra
DC: Cancer -> Aries, conj Jupiter
MC: Scorpio -> Cancer

I think so.
I have: Moon-Saturn natally (Moons duad in Cap)
Mars-Jupiter (Mars' duad in Sag)

Moon as Lunatic - a Cancer moon in the Capricorn duad calls for balancing the characteristics of each sign. Try to blend them together in your emotional life. Are you a man or woman? If you are a man, you attract women who are nurturing but very practical/no nonsense. They are not unemotional but good at knowing when to show them/appeal to the emotions of others. IP: Logged |

My MC is in Cancer and Mars is in the same duad Sagittarius. I thought it was in Leo but the chart said Cancer. My MC is in the Libra duad, 9'42"00 Cancer which is why I identify so well with artists/creativity/art and emotions. I channel my emotions whenever I draw or paint. My drawings are pretty elaborate, more like paintings, I've been told. IP: Logged |

My ASC is 12 degrees 30 minutes, 30 degrees so I don't know what duad to go with for that one. :/ can't get more cuspy for a duad IP: Logged |

Sun - Leo, Capricorn duad
Moon - Taurus, Virgo duad
Mercury - Leo, Capricorn duad
Venus - Gemini, Taurus duad
Mars - Aries, Cancer duad
Jupiter - Gemini, Gemini duad

For me it is like this:First the normal zodiac position, then the Duad Sun: Sagittarius - Libra
Moon: Aquarius - Leo
Mercury: Sagittarius - Libra
Venus: Capricorn - Pisces
Mars: Sagittarius - Aquariu
ASC: Sagittarius - Aquarius
Interestingly my Duad Saturn and Duad Pluto are conjunct and both falling onto my natal Sun/Moon-mp and Antivertex, now if that isn`t intriguing. lol
