Could someone explain how they feel with their Venus sign with regard to relationships. Does anybody have Venus in Aries and how would they react with same.

This can seem out of place if the person ( with venus in aries ) is naturally cynical.

I'd like to take this opportunity to address the reputation Gemini has for being somewhat dishonest. Evasive, yes, but dishonest is off the mark. Venusian Geminis are not in touch with their feelings enough to give a concrete answer when they are cornered. Or perhaps you can say that they are so mentally stimulated that they are more aware than most of all of the possible answers or reasons. So, if you are asked by your partner, "Why have you been avoiding me?", for example, your answer may seem to have been pulled out of a hat. The truth is, you don't always know the answer right away, but you are so communicative that a response comes out of you anyhow. Neither are you the type to excuse yourself to soul-search, then get back to your lover with a meaningful answer. You're always quick to reply. This quality is often misinterpreted as insincerity.

You are not the most sentimental of lovers, although you do have a wonderful way with words. You value exchanging and sharing ideas in a partnership, and a good conversation makes powerful foreplay for you! Your urge for freedom and variety in love, coupled with a tendency to skirt intense topics, can lead some partners to think that you're as substantial as cotton candy. Guys are not my focus nor my world either but I am grateful for the lessons that was put upon me it bulds character, and when its all over I always land on my feet..And I am better and stronger then I was before..

The other stuff... intellectualizing love, evasiveness, etc. is also true. My Venus is in the 11th opp. Uranus in the 5th. My DC is in Aqua. Just lots of Uranian energy. I wish my Venus was in an earth or water sign, or in the 6th house. Sometimes, my Venus is just too airy to intuit things on a romantic scheme.

I also am a Taurus, with Mercury, Jupiter, and Juno in Taurus. And the only air placements I have are Venus in Gemini and Mars in Aquarius. Wait, are you male or female? Cause females should look at their Mars sign for who their attracted to but you prob. knew that already.
Anyway, so about Venus in Gemini, for me I find that I like to play the field and not get into reltionships...I realized i'm a lot independent than I thought. Generally, I am attracted to artsy people, I love people who 'know' how to talk and make me laugh...I love witty people. It's not to say that I don't know how to commit though,...believe me, I know how, it just takes some time to find the right one so I don't get bored and lose interest. Basically, I need an intelligent, sociable, poised man with nice manners of course, who has variety of interests, has a way with words, etc.

And hey, I'm glad I have some air esp. in Gemini, it's the best thing! Lol I agree it takes away some jealously because I rarely get jealous of anyone. I don't fal in love easily, and need to be intellectually won over, more than my heart, at least in the beginning.

Guys, you all made my day, seriously. First of all, Ana, I have Venus in Taurus and with same, I love expensive places in which to be wined and dined, do not show me some something like one star Hotel, it has to be Four Star, the best. I LOVE my food and you will find that dining will be one area your boyfriend will love. Just mention food. I love music and dancing and have a good rhythm. Also, I can get very jealous which is terrible. Lastly, I love being touched and I noticed with my Pisces when we were dating, I loved being touched and I also have a habit of touching him maybe on the shoulder just the fact that it brought us closer. Well that did not happen. I can laugh now.
