Male:
Dragon
Female:
Dragon

The partners in question have much in common - they are almost twin souls! But most of their similarities, instead of helping them get along well, will tend to create a tense situation which may become explosive. This union involves grave risks of a constant, fierce battle for supremacy, for these two Dragons are uncompromising in their cult of personality. Fighting, pouting, shouting, roaring, and spitting fire will be their daily activities until one of them backs down - a highly improbable eventuality - or decides to bail himself out. Even though they can manage to make up and reach some shaky sort of compromise, there will remain deep scars of wounded pride on both sides.

If their relationship is to stand a chance of viability, they should learn to handle each other's ego very carefully, all the more so as they cannot make verbal apologies gracefully. They should also avoid all areas of possible confrontation or competition, especially in the professional field; in order to prevent devastating clashes, it is imperative that they pursue completely different careers and totally divergent hobbies.

Fortunately, there exist positive factors in this partnership. These two are warmhearted, truthful, passionate, and intent on giving pleasure. The Dragon man, for instance, will not stop to think twice before buying his mate exorbitantly expensive gifts to prove his love for her or tacitly apologize for the hurt he recently caused her.

They are both highly sexed, and their mutual physical attraction is irresistible despite their extreme touchiness about their persons. In fact, it is in the bedroom that they will attempt to solve all the problems of their togetherness. But however vibrant their sex life, it alone can only help dispel some dark clouds in the sky of their love. All the rest will depend on their good will.

A precarious union marked by intensity in every respect.

Thanks Katie! Gee you've been a busy bee today!

I much prefer linda too, that chinese interpretation sucked! I'm hopeless I much prefer to dwell on the good ones lol, like our mutual pisces suns and leo moons. Although the love signs interpretation of leo-leo is... ahem... interesting. Maybe thats why the emotional parts of us have such trouble. Sigh.

Thanks again!

Hey Arnicka heres yours....
Her:
Dog
Him:
Dragon

The Dragon man is kind-hearted and generous. The Dog woman is graced with some of the finest human qualities. Yet, oddly enough, the combination of these two characters can only produce an unhappy couple. It is in such cases as this one that the teachings and warnings of Chinese astrology may reveal themselves most useful.

Mutual irritation may manifest itself at all levels of the partners' common life. The underlying cause of their disagreements, major and minor, will be their totally divergent philosophies of life - he lives essentially for himself whereas she exists mostly for others. What makes things worse is that each will not accept the other as he is but will try to remodel him according to his own criteria.

The Dragon man, full of enthusiasm and confidence, will find it impossible to put up with such a pessimistic, stern, and moralizing woman as the Dog. While insisting that his mate play second fiddle to himself, he will encounter stiff opposition from this woman who rejects all forms of oppression. His fierce pride she will combat with all her vigor, and, if he fails in any of his grandiose undertakings, she cannot help feeling almost smug satisfaction at his misery.

Sex is a sector where trouble could be the most serious. In an effort to regild his tarnished self-image of superiority, the Dragon man will be tempted to seek revenge in bed. But his aggressive sexual overtures are likely to meet with coolness from the Dog woman - she is less interested in sex than improving the world - or, worse still, with her canine belligerence - she is an ardent feminist, viscerally allergic to all varieties of male chauvinism. But if he ventures to look for comfort elsewhere, then all hell will be let loose!

An almost hopeless union, for any sort of harmony is exceedingly hard to achieve.

Heres you other one Arnicka....
Her:
Dog
Him:
Monkey

The Monkey man and the Dog woman may very well have fallen in love with each other in the heat of their strug-gle for some reform or their combat against some injustice. The infatuation was further strengthened by the fact that each possesses the characteristics that the other lacks.

Unfortunately, things are not easy here as they seem. Compati-bility and comprehension between the parties involved can be achieved only with sustained efforts. These two are likely to experience tension much of the time as their nature are so divergent and one's motives so difficult to explain to the other.

The Dog woman is an idealist whereas the Monkey man is an opportunist. This basic difference is bound to constitute one of their main stumbling blocks. Her acerb, morality-ladden criticisms he will find irritating and exhausting.

The Monkey likes to hover abound just to convince himself that he has not lost his freedom in love. But this will be viewed as unacceptable by the Dog woman who expects total loyalty from her mate and refuses to grant him any extenuating circumstances.

Further friction may develop over their intellectual differences. While she has definite ideas on every issue, he can be at times quite positive in his opinions. This will concern, among other things, her ingrained pessimistic stand and his inveterate carefree comportment.

She is likely to accuse him of irresponsibility because of his unrealistic attitude toward money. And he is likely to snap back, arguing that it is a sheer waste of time to worry about the material side of life.

Naturally, all this does not make for a satisfactory sex life. But since sex is not the basis of this relationship, an easing of the couple's tensions must be carried out in other sectors beforehand.

A union best avoided.

Heres yours Sinderlou...

Her:
Dragon
Him:
Tiger

Contrary to what may appear at first sight, this relationship can work, sometimes even wonderfully. The teaming of two such energetic, passionate and highly individualistic natures would normally result in a tremendous clash; but in this particular instance the situation can be defused as the parties have strong mutual admiration and their relations are governed by some kind of complicity rather than by strife, deception, pretense or hypocrisy.

For all his ingrained misogyny, the Tiger man will never dare to treat his Dragon as he habitually does other women; her brilliant and forceful personality commands his respect. Conversely, she will not remain indifferent to his idealism and chivalry.

Of course, their common life will not be devoid of quarrels as dramatic as only these two proud and sensitive characters can have. But they will be sufficiently conscious of each other's force to allow these wrangles to degenerate into a pitched battle. And their spectacular reconciliations, usually under the form of extravagant and costly mutual gifts, will add some spice to their love.

These two are well-mated sexually. But the Dragon woman is so touchy in matters of sex that the Tiger had better be careful in his approach; he should especially guard against his sadistic tendencies which, if not well-kept under control, will most probably spell disaster.

Heres yours Moggym....

Her:
Rabbit
Him:
Monkey

With a Monkey man, just as with a Goat man, the Rabbit will have to modify her natural comportment drastically if she wants their conjugal life to run smoothly. She will not have to be jealous of other women - for The Monkey is not a professional womanizer as his Goat brother - but of the whole world. Although not too self-centered herself, she will find it hard to put up with this man whose involvement in life is so deep that he will tend to literally forget her and leave every problem of their household to her care. For example, she may look forward to spending a cozy evening with him, but he may unexpectedly dash out of their intimate dinner, without even giving her a glance, to bring assistance to a troubled friend of his. She must expect such frustrations to be an integral part of her daily life.

The Monkey man's real interests being beyond the sphere of his immediate surroundings, the Rabbit will have to forgo her innate passivity and learn to take everything in her hands at home if serious difficulties are to be averted.

But however execrable his irresponsibility, absent-mindedness, and erratic behavior, the Monkey will always manage to secure forgiveness from his mate. Indeed, this is an extremely charming man in his own way, and the Rabbit will steadily feel attracted to him. For all his forgetfulness in major things, he is almost never oblivious of nice little things such as a magnificent bouquet of roses for her birthday or a passionate phone call to her during one of his street demonstrations. The result is that tenderness and gentleness will be made an indissociable component of their union.

Their physical intimacy will present no major problems since both partners are only mildly interested in sex - each for his own reasons, which are completely different from those of the other. Their lovemaking pattern will be irregular, unpredictable. Not rarely will they experience their sexual intercourse with such cool detachment that they will seem to be surveying a subject of study. In any case they will not insist that their sexual union offer everything it could and should offer.

Heres yours Lady...

Her:
Snake
Him:
Monkey

There is every likelihood that the Monkey man and the Snake woman met at a social meeting. And there is every reason to believe they will continue to live in their social whirl once they have committed themselves to each other. As can be seen, they will not have much time to spend alone together, and the problem of boredom will ipso facto be half solved.

The Monkey does not pursue the same objectives in his society life as the Snake. While he looks for human contacts in order to analyze and understand human behavior, she only wants to show off, enjoy herself, and try out her charm. This will cause them to make mutual unpleasant remarks, but a compromise is likely to be worked out as he is understanding and she has much admiration for him.

The Monkey, a cerebral man, will not be so appreciative of his mate's beauty as she will want him to, and this may cause considerable tension between them. What he expects from his woman is primarily good common sense and altruistic feelings to match his own personality. But the Snake almost totally lacks these qualities, being by nature capricious, superficial, and egoistic. Although tolerant, he will not allow her to get her way when he deems certain limit has been crossed. She will then certainly react and over-react like a pampered princess, but emotional outbursts will get her nowhere with this man. What the Monkey man hates most is to see his woman in tears, and each time this occurs he may simply disappear for a few days.

Extremely attractive to the male sex, the Snake woman will as usual have a long line of suitors in her wake and will not resist her penchant for promiscuity. But this will not disturb the Monkey in the least, for he is not of a jealous nature and is ever willing to share whatever he has with his fellow men. He himself is not prone to infidelity but may indulge in it out of curiosity or spite - this will make the question of his loyalty partly a matter of her own responsibility.

Being involved with the Snake, the Monkey will at least have one advantage: While usually mildly interested in sex, he will be made by her to discover the thrilling value of sensuality. His sexual personality will certainly undergo a drastic change, and physical union will never again be to him something like a mental exercise.

A challenging relationship which, however, should not be purposefully sought out.

Heres is yours Sag Sun....

Her:
Pig
Him:
Goat

Unless there are unusually adverse afflictions between their natal charts, a Goat man and a Pig woman should normally be quite compatible. In general their partnership is fairly smooth and mellow, their differences being minor and easily compromised. Both of them function mostly with imagination and feel the imperative need for emotional security. These mutual traits naturally provide the basis for harmony, but can at the same time bring about certain instability.

Should any emotional upsets and tensions occur within this close relationship, the Goat man is likely to be the one to be blamed for it as the Pig's gentleness, patience, and resignation are beyond reproach. Thanks to her goodnaturedness, happiness will always return to these two. He can often afford to be extravagant owing to her economical virtues and extraordinary good luck with money.

Friction may at times creep into their home because both partners are inclined to sudden black moods. But here again everything can be smoothed out with a minimum of fuss.

Because of their strong mutual attraction and extreme sensuous-ness, physical love between these two is likely to always be a delightful experience. They are related well to each other. The Pig woman will find in her Goat a most romantic and considerate partner, and she will respond to his embrace as a flower to the morning dew. His more than probable infidelity will certainly make her suffer; but it is in her nature to endure hardships silently, stoically, and forgive everything readily.

A union that is enviable in many respects.

Her:
Rooster
Him:
Rat

The love relation between a Rat man and a Rooster woman has an average chance of success. In other terms, it is perfectly in the partners' power to avoid disaster and achieve happiness. The decisive factor here will be their willingness to work constantly at their union.

The Rat and the Rooster naturally feel admiration and even respect for each other. He will appreciate her enthusiasm and dedication, and the Rooster woman will prize his thoughtfulness and sense of moderation. It is in misfortune that they will get on really well. Prosperity, on the contrary, has the effect of enhancing the negative aspects of their personalities and increasing the risk of conflict.

Finances are bound to induce some tension and frustration. The Rat man's sense of parsimony will certainly clash with the Rooster's prodigality. Spending money is her inherent way of reacting to anxiety, sorrow or disappointment, and it is difficult to reason with her on this score. A vicious circle may be set up where the more the Rat will try to pinch pennies to prevent ruin the more freely she will spend. And, as both can have their irritable, cranky spells, their different attitudes towards money will make for many a drama.

On the sexual plane, the partners are likely to encounter some difficulties as the Rat man will look for quality while the Rooster, superficial and overrestless, will prefer quantity. Some compromise can however be easily worked out to the satisfaction of both.

A union that demands continuous efforts of mutual adjustment.

Her:
Rooster
Him:
Horse

What is likely to bring these two superficial and egoistic personalities together is a mild physical attraction or simply a coincidence. They do not seem to have anything more solid to start their relationship with. Yet everything may turn out fairly well if they are determined enough to build their happiness together.

The Horse man will at first feel flattered to be an object of adoration to the Rooster, whose very possessiveness he will find a proof of her attachment. But as time passes her steady and well--meaning loyalty will begin to irritate and depress him, for he will come to view it as a curb on his personal freedom. He will then try to disengage himself, staying away from home more and more frequently and for longer and longer periods of time. The Rooster woman is unlikely to realize that the best means to keep this man is to give him sufficient leeway and that the surest way to drive him to bed-hopping is to try to restrict his movements in a manner or another. Apart from her sulking and brooding, her jealousy may sometimes be blown out of all proportion; but the Horse is not expected to sympathize with her displays of temper. With the passing of years, however, she will learn to be more tolerant, and friction on this score will lessen little by little, without ever disappearing completely.

The Horse man, on his part, can be a source of problems for his mate. While the Rooster woman hates risk in any shape and form, she will be greatly distressed at what she considers his excessive love of adventure and change. His total indifference toward domestic life and his propensity for gambling without a thought for the future can reduce such a conservative and worrisome woman to a nervous wreck. If their union is to be given a fair chance of survival, he must try to handle her fears, apparent as well as hidden, with consideration and concern.

A situation of tension may develop from his need for romanti-cism and her lack of enthusiastic response to his sexual overtures. Instead of showing impatience, he would gain to help her overcome her inhibitions, for with time and encouragement she can become as sensual a lover as he could wish.

Her:
Rooster
Him:
Dragon

This is a couple of whom people habitually find nothing worth saying. The man commands and protects the woman, she obeys and serves him, and both of them are sufficiently satisfied with the arrangement. Great passion and glamor are absent here, but so is great suffering.

The Dragon man's self-assumed role as leader in the partnership will never be challenged. And so he will have few occasions to overemphasize his arrogant and overbearing side. With his natural warmth and generosity, he will spare no efforts to make life easy for this woman who resigns herself to staying in the background and showering him with all the admiration and adulation he wants. Domestic quarrels will be inconsequential as the Rooster woman, recognizing her Dragon's superiority, will be the one to forgive first and rapidly.

Sexually, the Rooster will sooner or later discover that her Dragon's enormous appetite is too much for her to bear. But she will find it extremely difficult to shirk some of his advances without delivering a lethal blow to his ego. Frank discussions on the subject, perhaps with the aid of a third person like the family doctor or a trusted mutual friend, seem to be the only possible way to prevent trouble.

Her:
Horse
Him:
Dragon

When their paths cross, practically nothing could retain these two fiery, dynamic, and passionate natures from getting immediately involved heads over heels with each other. Both of them are specialists in love at first sight, and the beginning of their common life will not be anything short of a whirlpool.

But it will not be long before their wild infatuation cools down. And then serious problems of their coexistence will begin in earnest. How could the situation develop otherwise when they are both excessively proud, touchy, self-centered, and headstrong? A fierce struggle for dominance will be waged, and it will inevitably degenerate into continual dispute. Each partner will try to impose on the other his own tastes, views, preferences, and convictions and will not be prepared to yield an iota.

The Horse woman will find it impossible to sing her man's praises day in and day out as he claims. Conscious of her own worth, she will vociferously demand to be treated on an equal footing with him. The Dragon man is likely to react to her defiant stance by roaring louder and adopting an overbearingly misogynistic attitude - a step which will infuriate her even more. Obviously, this vicious circle can be broken only if the parties decide to bring themselves to practice mutual concessions and mutual respect. Otherwise, their union will have a very slim chance of survival.

Another problem besetting their relations concerns money. Since both have an exaggerated love of luxury and extravagance, they will vie with each other in their buying spree - and head straight for ruin!

Not everything is negative, however. The Dragon and the Horse, both endowed with a strong sexual urge, will find in bed an outlet for their pentup mutual resentment. They can be happy together in the privacy of the bedroom and solve some of their numerous domestic quarrels there.

A stormy, difficult partnership.

Her:
Monkey
Him:
Horse

The Monkey woman's versatility and freewheeling may attract the Horse man whose need for personal freedom is something near obsession. And she, on her side, will be drawn to the Horse's love of adventure and new excitement; his indomitable optimism will strike a responsive chord in her heart. There will be more friendship than "pure" love in this union, and the respect the partners feel for each other will never die away.

While the Horse man and the Monkey woman can share many things in common, each will retain his individuality, feeling completely free to go his own way and do what he will like. There will be absolutely so shade of mutual suspicion, jealousy, or interference.

Their mutual compulsive need to be involved in life and society will be given full rein here. Preferring new experiences and the social whirl to quiet family life, they will spend much of their time hanging around with friends and odd people from all walks of life, thereby having few occasions to be really alone together.

As both feel uneasy expressing their deepest feelings in words, there will be some problem of communication between them, but this will not disturb them unduly. However, each can readily offer encoura-gement to the other when things do not go as planned.

A messy financial situation is likely to occur every now and then because of her lack of interest in money matters and his com-pulsion to gamble with life. But they will be able to manage somehow to avoid disaster. The only real danger awaiting this relationship will be its tendency to indulge in too much self-complacency.

Although sex only plays a secondary role here, it can be a wonderful experience if the parties are willing to give it enough time and thought. His sexual appetite is the stronger of the two, and her lack of romanticism may sometimes be mistaken for indifference by him.

Her:
Pig
Him:
Horse

In this relationship the male party will have much to gain while the female party will suffer a lot. The disparity, however, will lessen substantially throughout their years of togetherness.

The Pig is essentially an interior woman, which renders her vulnerable with an adventuresome and outdoor man such as the Horse. She may be jolted into a trauma by his reckless tendency to throw the dice for double-or-nothing. His irresponsible attitude toward financial matters will sharply clash with her care in saving money for the future. She must be prepared to spend many long evenings waiting while he will stay out chasing his dreams. Her domestic virtues will barely be recognized by him, and it must be an excep-tional event when he will agree to remain at home, eat a good meal which she knows better than anyone how to cook, and watch the tele-vision in her company. Most important still, she will find it extre-mely hard to get used to his ideas on freedom - to her, love means both affection and total loyalty and has nothing to do with freedom. Although this goes against her true nature, there will be moments when she will display jealousy and possessiveness. Nevertheless, her womanly sweetness and charm still contribute much to round squares and avoid mutual hurt.

The partners' natural affinity in matters romantic will be a major stabilizing factor in their union. The Horse man's approach to lovemaking may at first appear a bit too impetuous and raw to the Pig woman's liking, but it will touch a chord of response in her owing to her extreme sensuousness.

Her:
Ox
Him:
Goat

Needless to say, there could be no worse union than this one since the partners are poles apart and their differences practically irreconcilable. The situation will be further vitiated by the fact that the Goat man has a quite "womanly" character while the Ox behaves in a distinctly "masculine" manner. The gap between them is too wide to bridge even though they were willing to take positive steps to do it. Disputes and name-calling will crowd their days and nights, and it would be surprising should they not detest each other with all their strength.

The Ox, with her strong sense of direction, will find it impossible to put up with her Goat, who never knows exactly what he wants and is in any case not the kind to take anything seriously. It is true she likes to have a weak man under her command, but this one is too weak and irresponsible to be of any interest to her, and she will consider him an intolerable burden. Finances will certainly be an eternal subject of contention as the Goat likes to throw money away with careless abandon, thereby crudely insulting the Ox's economical virtue. With his extreme popularity in society he is likely to make her clumsiness appear arrantly ridiculous, and give her a crippling feeling of inferiority and inadequacy. No dialogue will be possible since self-expression does not come easily to the Ox and her man tends to shy away from any serious discussion.

Sexually, numerous ups and downs are in wait. When things do not reach crisis point, the parties can find some consolation together in bed; she will appreciate his light touch of romance, and he may come close to thawing this conventional, almost puritanical, woman completely. But if they make love only a few hours after a quarrel, then there will be plenty of room for mutual frustration and disappointment.

A light, transitory affair may be entered upon, but a permanent partnership is a highly risky adventure.
