Needless to say, there could be no worse union than this one since the partners are poles apart and their differences practically irreconcilable. The situation will be further vitiated by the fact that the Goat man has a quite "womanly" character while the Ox behaves in a distinctly "masculine" manner. The gap between them is too wide to bridge even though they were willing to take positive steps to do it. Disputes and name-calling will crowd their days and nights, and it would be surprising should they not detest each other with all their strength.

The Ox, with her strong sense of direction, will find it impossible to put up with her Goat, who never knows exactly what he wants and is in any case not the kind to take anything seriously. It is true she likes to have a weak man under her command, but this one is too weak and irresponsible to be of any interest to her, and she will consider him an intolerable burden. Finances will certainly be an eternal subject of contention as the Goat likes to throw money away with careless abandon, thereby crudely insulting the Ox's economical virtue. With his extreme popularity in society he is likely to make her clumsiness appear arrantly ridiculous, and give her a crippling feeling of inferiority and inadequacy. No dialogue will be possible since self-expression does not come easily to the Ox and her man tends to shy away from any serious discussion.

My parents are Chinese immigrants. This system is often used when receiving readings or specified on profiles. Like the Western zodiac, there are 12 signs, although the Chinese zodiac only goes by year while Western zodiac goes by month.

I don't think this stuff is accurate either. I'm also a Rooster woman with a Dragon man. I don't really see that he has a big ego, and I never give compliments. We still do fight a lot. Dragon men are really horny though. Then again, what guy isn't?

They also wrote that a Horse man is intrigued by a Rooster woman at first, but their relationship dies off quickly. It's also hard to break. It's a love-hate thing. Actually, it was the opposite for me. That was the easiest relationship I ever found to break, and I did so for long periods of time twice.

BTW, my parents are Monkey-Rat and descriptions note they're supposed to be really jealous which proves an issue in the relationship. They are the least jealous people that I know. As for a sense of humor helping them get by, I don't think so. My dad has no sense of humor at all.
