Hi- I'm a Scorpio Sun, Pisces Moon, Aquarius Rising. I spent almost 8 years with a Sag Sun, Leo Moon. Don't know his Rising sign. We had a number of Saturn aspects in our composite charts...

What a ride it was---let me tell you---there is a CALM that came over me after it was over (this past December)---like the calm after the storm type of deal!

Had unbelievably fun times with him, we could really enjoy life together at times and when we were getting along, it was hot and it was right on--but when we were off, oh wow, it was awful. It was hard work, communication was difficult...we clashed at times. We are each other's first serious love relationship, dated since we were juniors in college...it was beautiful and painful at the same time.
Cliche---but we definitely had the typical differences between Scorpio and Sagittarius come up & eventually one of us snapped and all he** broke loose. I'm not saying which one, take a wild guess!
Eventually it was time to let go.

Having said all that, I do think fire signs are fun, I attract a lot of Sags, Leos and Aquas...but once things get deeper, things get rough and we don't see eye-to-eye...hard work is required to make it last...at least in my experience...

Good luck

I'm a Cancer, and I think Sag's are good people. They're so happy and outgoing and full of energy. I enjoy being around fire signs because they're exciting and I wouldn't mind being with one.

My friend Paul is a Cancer, and his best friend, Alex(who's a girl), is an Aries and they're awesome together. Paul's not interested in girls, though, so they're not together, but they would be very compatible in my opinion.

short answer:

YES.

long answer:

There is no such thing as a person
who embodies their solar archetype.
We are all much more than our sun signs.
A Libra with Sun Square Neptune is practically a Pisces.
A Leo with Sun Conjunct Saturn is practically a Capricorn.
And then there is still the rest of the chart to consider.
A fire sun is sensitive in a water house.
A water sun is rational in an air house.
etc., etc., etc.

I am Sagittarius with Leo Ascendant and I just seem to attract water signs in my life for some reason. We usually get along well although I don't think I would ever be able to understand Pisces. It's the Earth signs I have a problem with. These relationships almost suffocated me on more than one occasion. All three of them, Taurus, Capricorn and Virgo more than anything. Still gives me shivers. Did anyone have similar experience?

Not romantically.
But my mother is a Virgo,
and she often exhibits the more
negative attributes of the sign,
in addition to the more positive ones.
'Nuff said.

Romantically,
I tend to attract watery and somewhat firey types.
They can be a handful at times,
but I rarely get lonely or bored.
Lately, I seem to be drawing and drawn to earth and air signs,
but always with strong water and fire placements.
I appreciate the fair and balanced objectivity of air,
and the grounding, calm support of earth.
Most of all, I enjoy meeting an equal and original
balance of all the elements, in a person.

A preponderance or deficiency
in any of the elements
can be a major turn-off for me.

What's your Moon sign?

I have Moon in Libra and actually there is some sort of balance of elements in my chart. However, Uranus and Pluto are both retrograde and both in Virgo. I wonder if it has anything to do with my difficulties with this sign.

Sun Sagittarius 28°14'57 05 direct
Moon Libra 16°27'55 04 direct
Mercury Capricorn 12°06'05 06 direct
Venus Scorpio 17°28'22 04 direct
Mars Leo 24°35'46 02 direct
Jupiter Pisces 07°07'06 08 direct
Saturn Aquarius 08°44'27 07 direct
Uranus Virgo 05°15'44 02 retrograde
Neptune Scorpio 14°45'58 04 direct
Pluto Virgo 12°09'13 02 retrograde
True Node Leo 00°10'22 12 retrograde

hey all,
okay so it comes to the end of my year abroad and a cancer guy that I was attracted to (I had a hunch he liked me) told me his true feelings. FOUR DAYS before i leave this happens. I had hinted to him that i liked him but i thought he had a girlfriend so didnt want to interfere like that. So, he tells me he and his gf are breaking up cause they are graduating and moving away from each other. So, we tell each other we like each other and he asks me to staywith him for the summer . And then I said i live in England and he is in NY - how is that going to work?? He replied he would come to wherever I was.

It was the most lovely bittersweet conversation I had with a guy. It felt honest. BUT did he really mean it? cancers are sensitive right? he had never mentioned a gf, i only knew via someone else. I thought it was the situation he said...broken up but not quite yet.
