hermione: virgo sun, libra moon
ron: pisces sun, leo moon
harry: leo sun (we know he is), scorpio moon
dumbledore: aquarius sun, virgo moon
snape: scorpio sun, scorpio moon
mcgonagall: capricorn sun, virgo moon
malfoy: scorpio sun, cancer moon
umbridge: (god, i hate her!!) scorpio sun, gemini moon
fred and george: aries sun, gemini moon

I have to ask..why do you think Ron has a Leo moon?

No way, Ron has an Aries Moon. He's very impatient and adventurous.

Voldemort is definitely a Leo with Harry. Remember how they're supposed to similar?

I would put Malfoy as a Leo Sun with Moon in Scorpio, and Harry as Leo/Sag. The way he clashes with Harry, it's got to be Leo vs. Leo.

I'm such a dork. I watched the second movie again recently and I was SO excited when it started, I could barely contain it.

Yeah, i don;t think Malfoy is a Scorp b/c I don't see him as being the secretive type-way too hasty and not introverted. Lucius Malfoy, on the other hand, is def. a Scorp.

Oxychick- yes, i thought dudley was a taurus because of his weight issue (no offense to any taurians out there, it doesnt mean you're fat, just him!)
also, the reason i thought ron had leo moon is because have you noticed that he craves attention? it satisfies him emotionally. think about it, all his brothers are really sucessful and all that, and they're great quidditch players, and he gets all the hand-me-downs. also, he's best friends with harry, who is mega-famous (not always in a good way, but famous nevertheless), and hermione, an overachiever who is very sharp.

ginny- to tell you the truth i'm not really sure, we haven't seen too much of her personality, not even so much in the second book. if i had to guess, i'd say virgo sun, pisces moon

Yes I have read them in order like you asked and I've found them all to be really good. My favorite for now is the second book. I was kind of hoping, that Ginny would be the one that Harry would fall inlove with, at the very end of the series. Maybe it could still happen because Rowling left that rather open. Well from the books that I've read.

P.S. Man is Scorpio getting a bad reputation. I think Voldmort has a Pisces Moon becuase he is very secretive and knows how to deceive others. I still think Ron is an Aries moon which is very similar to Leo's attitude.

starlover- the fourth book was my favorite so far. dont laugh anyone, but i still havent finished the fifth book because i have been really busy and haven't read anything in a long time.
i liked the fourth best because it had a great plot and mystery and you were tricked at the end, with the whole barty crouch and son thing.

i went to see a movie yesterday and the new Harry Potter and the Pizoner of Azkaban trailer totally surprised me!
i was with my cousins and we all started screaming "OMG OMG ITS THE NEW HP TRAILER!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAA" followed by "SHUT UP SHUT UP WATCH WATCH" lol i got goosebumps watching it! hehhe i cant wait only a few more months...and i hear that the publishers are saying book 6 will be out summer (American Summer) 2005.

OMG I can't believe I hadn't noticed this thread earlier! I absolutely love, love, LOVE Harry Potter! I've read the series 3 times, at least, lol. My co-workers used to think I was a little weird because I'd stay in and read the books instead of going out and having "fabulous" lunches, lol. I even had some pretty interesting discussions about the books with their kids!
I do think Voldie would be a Leo ... perhaps Scorpio Rising with a Pisces Moon? LOL Just a funny thought anyway.
I kind of thought that Ginny was a Scorpio, though, perhaps with Aries/Sag Rising ... I mean look at all the creepy stuff she went through and she never mentioned it until it came up again in the 5th book when Harry's all ... well, you know what I'm talking about if you read it. I think only a Scorpio could keep that sort of stuff inside and remain intact ... gotta' give her the Aries/Sag, though, for that fiery spirit!

I can't wait until the 6th book comes out, but I'll be a little satisfied when the new movie is out. It'll be April (the movie I mean) here in the States if I remember correctly, no?

i think its June in America, like June 8th or something.
do you guys think that JKR has already got hte 6th one finished? i have a feeling that she mite not have it finished but be pretty close, but WB wont let her publish it until enough "suspence" and "anticipation" has been built...maybe not even until after the fourth movie is released at the end of 2005 i hope not i cannot wait that long!

I recall watching a documentary on J.K. Rowling, and it said that all seven of the books were finished, and it showed her holding the manuscripts in a document.
