Did great on my speech and the concessions place called back and told me I got the job (even though they basically already said I got it in the interview lol).

I hope that this job is a better fit for me than working in the dining halls here on campus (literally no-one likes that job here and they have the worst student employee retention rate lol). Plus when I asked about how they described the job atmosphere, they mentioned that even though it's high paced, they really try and make things fun and even after work a lot of co workers go out to eat together and hang out.

I also haven't heard anything bad from upperclassmen about my new job, which was not really the case with the dining halls lol. So yeah, I'm going to be working more hours but this time I know better how to time manage and plus it's always nice having your own money to spend on things you want .

I hope yesterday counts as the moment where I did the dumbest thing ever in my life (and I pray to God for wisdom to never do anything that stupid again). No idea what I was thinking and I honestly can't even see myself telling a single soul on earth about it. It's probably not the "worst" thing ever but it was pretty darn dumb, and I definitely knew better. What makes it worse is that I couldn't even stop thinking of a-hole B the whole time.

Never Again.
What happened to having a good head on my shoulders?
I'm just gonna hide my head in the sand now and wonder just where my life went wrong.

I wish my job started already so I could just throw myself into work and forget about anything else right now. I just wanna work myself to sleep at this rate.

Yeah, I'm fine and thank you! I do need to not take life too seriously sometimes lol.
I can't stop thinking bout Butthead B though . I'm always thinking that I see him around campus and literally the other day I was out eating with a guy friend and I looked across the room and seen a guy who looked JUST like B from a distance and I couldn't stop looking over and the guy kept looking at me too (lol probably thinking I was a creep), it turned out to not be him but still. And I keep coming across his name too -__-. This sucks

Why did he have to be so nice only to turn out a Butthead? Why couldn't he have been a jerk from the start? Now I keep replaying our dates and the time spent together and the cuddling and kisses. Ugh.

And why is our synastry and composite actually good? Plus, why didn't I get any negative tarot readings about him? Darn youuu B (shakes fist)

I think this is literally the only guy I miss and can't easily "get over". The only guy I've ever felt so comfortable around and had so much chemistry with, only to just have it end like this. I'm actually gonna admit that I'm hoping the tarot readings regarding him and us are true and that he does contact me again and things work out. We shall see..

The thing about jerks is others can often see it, but you are too close. They can hide it marginally well in the beginning.

I have SO much to say concerning so many things but I'm always holding back because I'm worried about what other people are going to think or if I offend someone. So I just sit back on the sidelines observing.

I honestly feel like "feminism" is only for and only benefits white women.

I know I usually never talk about racial things here but it really boggles my mind how black women are pretty much viewed as the bottom of the totem pole in society - even within the black community. And then "feminists" think that it's ok to use black women for their cause when in reality they could care less about the mistreatment of black women. You never (or rarely) see ANYONE speaking out for the mistreatment of black women but there's always some major news story about the mistreatment of black men or white women. Gotta love the world we live in.

I can't even be bothered..

Thank you,

I finished my online training for my job yesterday and Thursday I'll be doing my in person training, then I start work Friday/Saturday (trying to decide if I want to pick up a Friday shift for some extra hours). The awesome thing about this job is that most of your shifts are on weekends and even though they're 7-8hrs long, you still have plenty of time to study AND the shift during the week is only 3hrs long (they also schedule you 2 weeks in advance so you have plenty of time to get it changed if need be). Plus you're only required to work one shift during finals (my last job they had people working 3+ shifts). So I'm a happy camper

I hate having to take classes that are completely unrelated to my major, like why am I stressing over something that I'll forget and holds no relevance to my life?

I hate that too, I just want to take all of the biology classes and instead I'm stuck with mind-numbing calculus.

Spring over here consists of wonderful sunny weather, snow, and brutal winds...often in the same day. I like to say Colorado is where mother nature comes to pms
