Must we close this thread, Trillian? I respect your judgement as a Mod, so if you feel it is necessary, I won't argue. Its just that Shizuka is doing such a wonderful Loki imitation, I hate to end it here. What better way to encourage us to look within ourselves and make sure we are actually practicing what we are preaching, so to speak. Did you not notice when and how this conversation has changed? 26taurus put forward the information:

Not that two.....or three, wrongs make a right, but did you see how this whole thing started? I was attacked by Shizuka when I posted some things from the Tao, that werent even directed at her. I dont feel like a bad guy for defending myself and making Shizuka out to be the fool that she acting like. The guilt thing doesnt work on me. Sorry, guess my Mars in Leo square Uranus in Scorp gets the best of me sometimes. That's me. No one's perfect. I'm not an enlightened Buddha -- yet. I dont feel that I "sunk" down any gutter here. I was having FUN with an immature person who went on the attack. Sorry we dissapointed you. I wonder why this person keeps coming back here, to try and drag us into arguments. They surely have to be humiliated with themselves by now. It's very strange to me. Also how you seem to see only what you want to see in all of these Guru threads.

But I am now taking it as a blessing. I am going to use Shizuka for what she came into my space for. To learn something from her. Believe me, I've already learned alot.

Please dont make it seem like we are @ssholes for defending ourselves. No one's perfect, not even you. Yes, people can sink down into gutters. How far have you been? I've been WAY down and have pulled myself up. This is not an "I've had it worse than you" party but who are you to judge anyone or anything? Sorry the whole Guru thing turned out to be a big hoax. Thank you. Thank you for seeing what this thing was (and is) really about. And a "mirror" being held up? Indeed. Thankfully I like the reflection I see. I like how I handled the situation, although I think there are better ways. I'm learning alot about myself and how I choose to react to things through all of this. It really is a choice. And thanks to Shizuka, I am getting better at taking the high road. The road I know to be right, but at times stray off it's path. I love and forgive myself. Something certain other people might want to think more about. Learn what you can from everything, look at yourself, see what you can learn from the situation. There is a reason why this person came into my space, now what can I learn from it?

I look honestly at myself. That is why I must laugh when I hear others making judgements of me. They havent a clue. When you truly love yourself you can't look unlovingly upon your brother.

Sure, I played along for a while. That kind of bantering can be kind of fun I wasn't angry at any point... just feeling mischievous

Anyhow, what's done is done. I've seen all I need to see/hear to know that the GURU string was a sham.

And, yes, 26 I've said all I need to say on the matter.

Its true...we all do stray from our path occasionally. The problem comes when we are lost in the swamp and neck deep in crocodiles and we still swear that darn path must be here somewhere. (I couldn't have strayed. This stupid path must be faulty! ) It is wonderful to see someone who can just accept, learn, and move on. Good job, girl!

My Cappy man, his 14 year old son, and I all share the same computer at home. I also have a computer at my office, but since that is just one block down the beach, it must look much the same, IP-wise. Right now, I am the only one in my family who posts in Lindaland, but if one or both of them were to get their own sign-in names, it could easily look like I was using 3 names. It would also look like I was posing as a teenager with one of them, which would lead to all kinds of horrible speculations.

I remember many moons ago when Meili introduced us to Shizuka. At first Shizuka would post the odd thing using Meili's sign-in and simply put her name at the bottom. Later, she got her own sign-in. At that time I figured they were either living in the same household or were close neighbours. Meili did introduce Shizuka as one of her soul mates, after all, so it only makes sense that they would be in close physical proximity, at least some of the time. Meili also mentioned her Master and her Husband. I don't know if they are all sharing the same country, city, neighbourhood, house, computer, or body. Frankly, I couldn't care less. (Proxieme...please notice proper use of "couldn't".) Whether they are all the same person or different people, they never cease to challenge my assumptions and present new ways to learn. Mind you, I don't always agree with everything they espouse, and I am possibly the world's least likely person to become the desciple of anyone claiming to my guru, but I find their perspectives very interesting and quite useful to my attempts to better understand my fellow peeps.

I also share a computer. With my Bull boyfriend. And he got his own screen name on LL and has posted a few times. But after all of this, I asked him not to anymore. (also this is "my place"......how Taurean of me. lol )

I dont understand why someone would go to such great lenghths to get their beliefs across. If they contain Truth and Love, there is no need to convince or recruit anyone to believe them. People naturally gravitate toward truthful and good things. There is no need to take deceitful measures to convince them. No one likes a con-man(woman).

Just my onion.
